Very bad hotel and bad service, the employees don’t help at all even the dental kit they didn’t provide it for me ???

Friendly Staff. The elevator down button is broken and cannot be used. Have to use the stairs if you go down with a large suitcase. Old hotel. Far from Central Park Patong.

Comfortable and convenient stay. The room was spacious and very nice. It is a bit far from the center but in the same hotel you can rent a motorbike, definitely recommended.

Spacious and clean room. Cleaning is done daily and in the hotel itself you can rent a motorbike to get around the island. The views are spectacular and the bathroom is in very good condition. Huge pool with bar. Perfect stay without noise, but if I had to find a fault, the outside needs some TLC in the gardens and stairs. The rest was definitely a few days of relaxation.

The hotel is cozy but needs maintenance, the pool is huge and the staff is very friendly.

The room is very good, comfortable, close to the beach. Will definitely go again.

Luck fell and I found a room with an air conditioner that wasn't cool and had a strange musty smell.

The air-con fails at 11pm room, but they manage change the room but 1st room have nice view of swimming pool and access but the 2nd room the stairs blocked the view. And moving the room around not convenient.

The rooms are good, clean, beautiful. The way up to the hotel is quite steep.

Well, good enough if you want a affordable hotel with a spacious room and don't mind walking up to the hill and old furniture. There is no toothbrush & paste FYI!
