Check-in was easy and the front desk employee was so welcoming. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay!

I like that the property has a hot tub, unfortunately it did not work and the pool was very cloudy so we did not attempt it. That was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel so it's a disappointment. The hotel has a strong mold/ mildew smell, enough to give you a headache. The tub in our bathroom, room #215 would barely drain because it was so clogged with hair and scum which caused the water to fill the tub. Very unsanitary. Overall i would not recommend anyone to stay here, especially for the high price.

The location was a good middle place for visiting the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Not a lot of restaurant choices near by for dinner options though Cattlemens is right next door. Easy access from the freeway.

It was quiet although next to an interstate. Great walka le access to good restaurant. Would prefer outdoor pool. Bed was too soft. Shower was good and hot.

When cleaning used a powder with scent on carpet that was over powering caused slight breathing issues.

Beds comfortable, pool was perfect temp, breakfast good, room was good, shower pressure amazing!

We chose this location because my back was bothering me during our road trip and it listed a hot tub as an amenity. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work. There was water in it, but it was barely warm enough to be considered bath water temperature and the jets didn't work. Though the hot tub was clean, the pool was very, very dirty and not in any condition to have people swimming.

Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. The staff was very helpful and nice. The pool was a little questionable and the hot tub didnt work but my kids still enjoyed it. The area appeared safe and was conveniently located for the places we were visiting.
