Great customer service! Clean room!

Room was accomodating and large enough. Beds were comfirtable. Toilet ran the entire time we were there and crying kids were in the room adjacent to ours. A grab bar by the toilet would be helpful. I was appreciative of the one on the shower. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety.

The property was very nice. It smelled clean, it was clean, the staff was nice. Breakfast was decent. Would definitey stay there again.

It was an amazing stay comfortable clean and quiet!

The hot tub was hacked, but you couldn’t turn it on and it was dirty and we got a handicap room not sure why but otherwise it was OK

Everyone and everything was great.

The air conditioning unit sounded like a jackhammer and was literally shaking so hard that our bottles of water on the TV credenza were vibrating. We checked in late and we have two little kids, so it was fairly impossible to get another room since they we’re both asleep. I cannot imagine any scenario where they could not know that the air conditioning unit sounded this bad.

Comfortable beds, clean room, safe, and staff was so kind. Great place to stay while traveling.

Great hotel just one exit away from Bishop airport in Flint.

Our experience with room was great. Only problem was air conditioner covering rattled I did push in it to help close and that helped for awhile. Room 306

Pool was not available.

My 4 sisters and I go on a sister trip each year. We ended up in Flint to fly home. We could get a room for 5 so we could be together and it was a huge, beautiful room.

Great property! Near freeway, but quiet and totally safe! Near fast food, and a big shopping store. Staff was very nice, and breakfast was good too!
