Nice room but it had a terrible smell from the pipes in the bathroom

Great hotel with excellent staff

+) We stayed in a family double room with our 18 months old kid. The bed room was separated from a little private living room. It’s great to have a chance eat and feed the kid in a separate room. The staff were not available at the hotel from evening and after but they were accessible via phone. The fresh wooden floor make it a pleasant stay. -) This hotel is pet friendly might not be appropriate for allergic people. The rooms are located at second floor and there is no lift in the house so not suitable with people with disabilities or strollers. It would be great to add more options for the coffee rather than regular can coffe for the breakfast! Thanks again

Standard hotel in a small town in Sweden. Good sleep. Gislaved is a small place and some of the few restaurants close early on a Saturday (20.00) in October 2021, even after Covid-restrictions are gone. Hotel has a restaurant and a friendly bar with games but was not packed. And no noise to the room.

This is a functional hotel in a small town. The staff where friendly and there were several nice little touches. The place itself was a bit tired and could do with some refurbishment. The room was small and the en-suite shower room quite basic Breakfast was good

I came very late around 4am the staff did call me in advance and gave me details how to get in. But in the morning the breakfast was until late 09:30 am. No one inform me. Otherwise I would wake up for the breakfast. How ever when i explained the staff that I would not mind to pay for any food. They ask me to the caffei. No breakfast just desserts. Anyway I had a busy day that day I eat my breakfast at 6pm.

Old hotel. Needs to be remodel. I would try to find another hotel in the area. Restaurant options are limited and the steak was not so good.

Otrevlig bemötande i receptionen

Trevlig vistelse som vanligt. Fantastisk mat i restaurangen

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse på detta hotell! Rummen var fina och personalen extremt serviceinriktad. Trots en initial lukt på rummet löste receptionen problemet snabbt och smidigt med ett byte till annat rum bredvid. Vänlig och glad personal överallt, och frukosten hade ett bra utbud. Rekommenderas!

Et sted hvor skinnet bedrager. Da jeg landede tænkte jeg "åhh nej det bliver en lang nat" falmet facade og indgangs parti. Men inden for er det en helt anden sag. Meget fint rent og lækkert. Og blandede hyggelige farver. Ikke bare der alm hvidgrå moderne.

Lite rörig information avseende incheckningen, ingen personal på plats men tillgängliga via telefon. Boendet var helt ok dock var middagen i restaurangen en stor besvikelse. Entrecote totalt oätbar, seg, mest fett oc h senor. Fick en ny i utbyte ingen förändring. Framförde kritik direkt i restaurangen och även vid utcheckningen, hade verkligen förväntat mig någon form av kompensation. Måste ifrågasätta hur man som kock vill tillaga så usel råvara. Dock var förätten okej.
