A very nice hotel

Overall my stay was great. The personal was very helpful with all my needs during my stay.

very disappointed this was reserve for a family member the room no view closes no ventilation how can they offer a room with this conditions. very disapointeding. was nor the worth i over paid fo this room. they took advantage. i deserve a credit this was late check in .

Only stayed one night. The room was very hot. Air conditioned but did not cool very well.

Good location, clean room and friendly professional staff. For the price there are no complaints. Also the room has free cable films and the air con is very effective.

The location was central. Easy to walk everywhere. The front desk people were very friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention super helpful. The room was clean and well lit. The water pressure in the shower was okay. The hotel was kind enough to secure our luggage for a couple of hours after we checked out. I would definitely recommend.

I was traveling with 4 other family members plus an infant. When I reserved the room, I chose it on their advertised features of free parking, free shuttle, and that it was 15 minutes away from the airport. All that was a lie. They have no parking. We had to pay at a public parking area close by. They have no shuttle service. We complained about this to the desk clerk and he flat out said "it's a lie". He offered to help find a cab but used his cell phone and was being very suspicious. We declined and searched ourselves. And the airport is 45 minutes away. The hotel is not ideally located. It's out of the way if you're traveling to/from the airport. If you're traveling to the northern or eastern cities, this hotel is in the opposite direction. On the bright side, the desk clerk was nice and even took our luggage up to our room (no elevator). The room was clean and had three beds that were comfortable. The cable TV was good and the WIFI connection was great. The air conditioner worked awesome too.
