Had an unpleasant experience here. Just minutes after I checked into my room, a male staff member rang the doorbell and entered only a few seconds later — without my permission. I was in the bathroom and had to yell when I realized someone had come in. Sure, I hadn’t turned on the “Do Not Disturb” sign, but why would staff enter a guest’s room so soon after check-in? Cleaning and restocking should’ve been done before assigning the room. On top of that, there’s a large hole in the ceiling with exposed pipes covered in thick dust. Overall, not what I expected at all from Crown Metropol.
