I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel is pleasantly located in a good area where I can have dinner and stroll around safely. I will definitely stay again. Staff were good.

I would say that doesn’t make sense. The fridge is loaded with beer, but no one bottle of water. Really? If I’m thirsty at night should I have a beer? I think all the staff, front desk, breakfast area, they’re not allowed to smile. No one smiles, never.

Nice hotel with great breakfast. Easy parking with no fee. Beds and bedding options including pillows could be better. Large room and good downtown location.

Spent a couple of days at this hotel and overall was a good experience. Hotel is right in the middle of everything. You can literally go walking distance to various locations. Hotel inside very clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping my room smelling so good. Clean sheets, towels, replenish always with shampoo &soap. My only gripe was that hotel personal did not spek English. I ended up using google translate to resolve this inconvenience. Hotel surroundings outside need some work since some sidewalks are craked or broken.

The hotel is very good, the staff are wonderful, especially a maid named Andreia, she is very wonderful, everything is very clean, but the internet in the hotel is very bad and I my opinion the mattress to be old and a little smell mold in the room. the breakfast is excellent. I think it just needs some minor improvements to be the hotel is very good.

Good prices and above average rooms.

Old facilities. Parking lot small. A/c I. The lobby was off. They don’t provide device to support with the luggage’s. The windows are not noise cancel so you can hear all the noises from the traffic during the night. As they are located near to the fire fighters station, in emergencies you can her the sirens sounds from the ambulances.

The location is great,. The place is clean and the people were very nice. Breakfast wasn't very good. Not much of a selection. The cakes and bread were dry, tasteless. Only eggs for a salty choice, the rest were all sweets.

It is a standard 3 star hotel. They have good service.

There were nails in the trash basket. I was wondering if they have cleaned the room or not... Unfortunately I saw it in the next morning after we had already slept there, otherwise I would ask them to change rooms or cancel the reservation. Not good experience.

Excellent staff helped a lot

Excellent location, staff very friendly, polite, always ready to help with anything that we needed. We had a wonderful experience on our stay, we stayed for 10 days and would definitely recommend this hotel, we felt like it was our home.

Nice 3.5 star hotel located in downtown Joinville - easy access - the rooms are spacious - small bathroom though, with a very pleasant staff. Breakfast is OK, considering that most hotels in this state in Brazil go out of their way for lavish breakfast buffets. Ask for a higher floor as the windows are not double paint - the main avenue next to the hotel can get loud early in the morning. Overall, a nice stay
