easy to reach to Ocean port .

The property was quiet and clean. Very convenient. I booked this hotel because it said it had a shuttle bus to the airport. I asked about it and a woman at the desk was shaking her head. The receptionist asked about it and she said the guy was sick. I'm thinking so you don't have anyone else to drive the shuttle thats why I booked this hotel due to convenience. I was very disappointed,I should of stayed at the Barcelo Karmina.

Excelente servicio, todas las instalaciones en perfecto estado, todo muy limpio, el desayuno excelente, los empleados muy atentos y amables! Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Totalmente recomendado!

It was like every other holiday inn. A little dirtier but passable

It was not what we expected. We have stayed in various Holiday Inn Express and they have all been exceptionally clean and well kept. This one in Manzanillo was old, towels were super old, frayed with a tinge of gray not white, shower curtain was torn in different areas.

It is like 15-20 minute away from the beach, it’s an inconvenience if traveling with elderly or small children. There is not much around the hotel within walking distance and even to order food for delivery was difficult, I had to order from the restaurants that were approved by the hotel because nobody would deliver to that area. The hotel itself was very clean and complimentary breakfast was good. The pool was nice too; heated, but wish there was a Jacuzzi

Hotel is very clean, the only issue I found is about not being able to find a place to dine walking distance since we didn’t have a car and a couple of the front desk people where too serious

It’s hot ! The entire hotel is hot ! The rooms are muggy …the floors are dirty . There was no ice in the hotel !… my room description said ocean view there is not one ocean view at all located by a port pier a lot of Noise …never going to this hotel again

Located right off the main road. Friendly staff and the best pillows ever.

The breakfast was amazing!!!!
