O hotel é muito confortável. Um hotel mais voltado para famílias. A comida é excelente! A limpeza é nota 10! Os quartos são amplos e muito confortáveis, mas não é bom em isolamento acústico. Portanto, se você gosta de dormir cedo se ouve muito barulho nos corredores. As vezes é por conta da recreação e outras vezes é as crianças mesmos que, ao irem para o quarto ou sairem para qualquer outra atividade, fazem barulho, gritam e até mesmo os adultos falam alto nos corredores.

Great place with good location to center city and the falls on the brazil side. Indoor heated pool and outdoor pool.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets were wonderful. The main problems we encountered were a discrepancy at check in regarding the number of occupants. It took a long time to resolve and i still did not feel satisfied with the outcome. Overall, nice staff, good service, comfortable rooms and convenient location.

Foi tudo bem, menos a comida. O café da manhã servia pão francês cheio de bromato e o restaurante do segundo andar servia comida fria. Meu marido pediu bruscheta e veio pão de forma com muçarela derretida. Horrível!

Very attentive staff. Very nice by Brasilian standards. Did have issues with heat in one of the rooms.

Nice lobby and helpful staff. Room was large with great windows. Needs better pillows. Access to the airport and falls was perfect. However, laundry was more expensive than my room!

Wonderful resort. But…The beds are very very hard.

Staffs are nice. Although the huge hot pool was broken and under maintenance, the staff gave me wrong information every day and told me it's fixed! There was no tissue in the room. The restaurant didn't have the bill. You have to guess how much we ate.

The best resort and so fun

The hotel was just ok. It's great if you are with your family and need a middle of the road hotel. I was highly annoyed by the idea that I had to pay extra to use the jacuzzi. The buffet dinner and breakfast options were good. This hotel is a very economic option. I wish I had researched more before staying at the hotel.

Stay was great, cleanliness , buffet, park but the highlight was courteous staff at front desk namely Leonardo and Josefina to name a few. Amazing in handling the requests ! Would stay again on my revisits
