Nice rooms very near the beach and several nice restaurants.

Always have a wonderful stay there. At the front desk the girls are amazing. Lourdes, Maria and the girls are very sweet and accommodating. The place is always clean. The staff are friendly, always smiling. Great place

Felt at home, the staff felt like family, and the building felt like a casita in Puerto Rico.

Good affordable spot to stay. Definitely recommend if your not planning to stay in the hotel and will really be traveling/visiting. Staff was great, close to the beach, good food nearby.

Always a pleasure

It's in a shady area of San Juan. The airport is so clise, that you hear the airplanes taking off very loudly. All night long. Forget about sleeping. The carpets are disgusting and very dirty. I had to throw my socks away from how black they got from walking on the carpet. Over priced snacks, and stale coffee. NO ELEVATOR! Had to carry my suitcases up to the second floor up long flights of stairs. Not worth the $$$ they charge. Stay away.

Needs an upgrade in showers, water was to cold or to hot, not enough toiletries, or even a sink desk to place my makeup, I could hear people snoring in the next room, carpets are so old… etc

I enjoyed my stay here! AC was great, showers clean, beds comfortable, and the pool was nice. There's a cute little area for you to purchase snacks or drinks, which I like a lot. The only thing is that if you stay on the first floor, you'll see some ants in the room but it wasn't serious
