Our stay at the Clarion Inn and Suites in Pigeon Forge was a major let down. The motel's exterior and surroundings were unappealing, with the breeze piled up in the back that looked neglected and trashy unfortunately the issues didn't stop there. Our room had water leaking through the ceiling in the shower, which we reported to the staff. However, they didn't take any action to fix the problem. It wasn't until water started pouring through the ceiling above our bed at 12:30 AM that they finally moved us to a different room The lack of urgency and response from the staff was concerning. You should talk **** or she the breakfast was subpar and didn't meet our expectations. On the bright side the location was convenient, and the beds were comfortable. Given the issues we experienced, we wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel unless they address their maintenance and cleanliness issues It's best to look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and comfortable stay in Pigeon Forge.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The light switches are strange that are in bathroom and vanity area. The bathroom fan and light have to be on to work the mirror/vanity light. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. The price was great.

I loved that most stores were walking distance.

I didn’t like that our room was not clean up yet when we entered with our luggage. We had to go eat lunch then come back to have our room serviced.

Room was very nice, especially the shower. The elevator was sketchy and our door didn’t shut right.

The room was disgusting. Had to move to a different room because the desk clerk said the tv only works some of the time. WHAT????? I'm paying for all the time not some of the time. So dirty..... maids should be fired

Close to the fire station and could hear everytime they left on a call.. loud car or motorcycle went by you could hear it.. decent hotel for the price..

At certain times it's hard to exit the property, but it wasn't bad.

Difficult to find parking near your room on the first floor. I don’t know what they did for other floors. I had to park back behind the building and walk late at night by myself to my room. Room had flooding in my entire bathroom area due to problems somewhere in the plumbing

It was an okay hotel, parking was very limited. Breakfast was moderate. Area was very loud.

No pool ,.no hot tub. No bath or hand soap.

Breakfast was just ok -- way to heavy on the salt applied to sausage patties and gravy - Bathroom - -shower tile had huge crack - -floor tile was laid without spacers so it is all misaligned and not really level. The shower pan is also not level -- holds water

The room was recently renovated and reasonably priced. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Was great for the price. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones i have slept in. The building is older but well maintained and nicely upgraded.
