Everything was great. Breakfast was very good. The location of hotel was convenient. The staff was very friendly and nice. The only thing they should work on it, put some shelves & hooks in the bathroom for toiletries and towels.

The Lobby’s carpet and dining room chairs need some love, they're dirty. The internet inside the rooms is very poor. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Both the room and bathroom are very clean.

This was our favorite hotel in all ways this trip to Europe, from the helpful front desk who offered a tourist map and suggestions w/o being asked, the large and comfortable room with beautiful antique furniture, quiet but very central location, and most excellent breakfast. I don't know how it is not rated higher. I only wish we had stayed here our first 5 days in Vienna instead of only our last. The pictures don't do it justice. This is a superior place to stay in all ways. It is right in the heart of Vienna, but on a quiet side street.

Close to all transport options. Easy to find from getting off airport bus. Basic rooms but good enough for sleeping, bit of noise from jazz club below couple of nights and we were on 3rd floor. Good breakfast choices and the staff were all pleasant and helpful when needed.

The location is excellent—walking distance to major attractions like St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Danube Canal, and tons of great restaurants and shops. Everything felt accessible, safe, and lively without being too crowded. For the affordable price, this hotel offers great value, especially if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay with top-notch service in the heart of Vienna. I’d definitely recommend it to budget-conscious travelers who still want convenience and a warm welcome.
