This trip was a birthday gift for my Brito her and sister in law. The staff was so gracious and amazing. They made sure that all was in place as I requested and even more.

Excellent...there for work but nice area to relax by the pool. Cheaper to pay direct at the hotel!

Nobody speaks English here so you need to make an effort to speak in Spanish. The monetary situation in Venezuela is loco so by booking online you are actually paying way above the local price but on the upside the mini-bar was free. You have to pay cash for everything else (meals/drinks) but it works out to be very cheap compared to western prices. The hotel has a nice swimming pool but the gym was no good. They are very safety conscious here. You can walk across the road to a large shopping centre with a cinema but to go anywhere else you need to organise a car.

I stayed in the hotel while traveling for business in Valencia, Venezuela. This was my first visit to Venezuela, so I didn't really know what to expect. As everybody else, I've heard a lot about high crime level in Venezuela, therefore I spent some time evaluating safe hotel options. After reading lots of comments on hotels in Valencia, I decided to choose Lidotel and am very happy with my choice. The hotel is in an excellent location - it's in front of a shopping mall, where one can walk safely even after dark. It's clean, has a nice outdoor swimming pool, nice restaurant, fast Internet connection, attentive staff and it's safe. I'll happily return to this hotel during my next visit to Valencia and recommend this hotel to everybody.

Nice and clean. Great pool. Problems with Internet connection though. Only one restaurant and the food was so-so for the price. Overall, would I use again? Yes. Staff was very nice and rooms clean and pretty.

Visited Valencia on a business trip. Had a delayed flight which had me stressed but upon my arrival to the hotel i was greeted so pleasantly that i quickly forgot about the flight situation.The staff all over the hotel is very nice and helpful. The actual hotel room was modern and very nicely decorated. I was able to relax and enjoy some drinks at their "Benji Bar" and also got to relax while working on the pool deck. The hotel is very close to shopping and dining which helped since i was on a strict time frame. Overall a nice stay in the heart of Valencia.

his hotel is in a very calm are and extremely close to a great shopping center. It was great to be in a hotel where I could walk to the locations I wanted to visit. Very close to the museum too!!

Traveled for business and this hotel was by far the best. Check-in was a breeze with great customer service, The room was nice and spacious with a work table and lap. The hotels WIFI was fast which made it easier to work. The fitness center is well equipped and the breakfast buffet was very appetizing. I was given a complementary welcome drink upon arrival. Great hotel and service!

Very nice modern hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and well equipped. Delicious food at their Le Nouveau restaurant and great drinks at Benji's Bar. Walking distance from shopping mall.

Cozy hotel with great caring staff. Hotel is located across the street from Sambil shopping mall and great restaurants. Very big rooms, fast internet, and a nice modern look. Recommend to anyone that needs to travel to Valencia.

The stay at Lidotel Hotel Boutique was truly an amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant. The staff is extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service. The rooms provide fast paced internet and free wi-fi connection. The hotel is located within walking distance to one of the biggest shopping malls in the city. I have stayed in many hotels in Valencia both for pleasure and business and Lidotel Hotel Boutique is definitely a hotel I will visit again, as well as, recommend

Si bien no pude usar la piscina ni el gimnasio, quiero felicitar a todo el personal por el excelente servicio que recibí durante mi estancia. ​Como recomendación, les sugiero invertir en la limpieza y el mantenimiento de las alfombras en los pasillos y las habitaciones. Su estado actual no solo da una mala impresión, sino que también es un problema de higiene.
