Lovely property and easy to walk to/from or get the hourly shuttle bus that picks up a couple of minutes walk away. Excellent breakfast choices and clean, comfortable rooms.

It was close to Lego land and had good swimming pool!

Staff is very kind and helpful, he allowed us to check in early as the room is ready. He also helped us booking a taxi for next morning. There were food and drinks available for purchase from the lounge. The surrounding is nice and quiet; there’s also a free city shuttle from LEGO House. But even walking there only took us 19 minutes. The room is rather small but we stayed for one night only, so it’s all good.

The hotel is basic but has everything a family needs, including great playing facilities and great options for food!

The Lodge was a terrific place to stay and we would definitely stay there again. We wanted something kid-friendly close to Legoland without having to pay what they were asking at the Lego Hotels. We were pleasantly surprised at the amenities available and how helpful the staff was. Our 8 year old absolutely loved the pool and we liked how close we were to Legoland since we didn't have a car. Breakfast was amazing and had options for everyone. It's very busy but when you select your breakfast time, there's always room available for you. We didn't get to explore outside as much as we hoped since we spent most of our time at Legoland and Lego House but it's somewhere we definitely would stay again and probably spend an extra day or two. Without having a restaurant, they had lots of quick meal options we could pick up, which we did one night and really enjoyed. The morning we were checking out, we needed a taxi at 6AM which would mean we missed breakfast. When I asked the front desk about it the evening before, they reserved my taxi right away and promised us breakfast to go. Everything was ready for us in the morning with the taxi waiting at the door. Overall, we have nothing negative to say about the Lodge and very much hope to visit again.

The stay was great. Room was good but got a bit hot and stuffy. You could open the windows and they provided a desk fan which helped. Breakfast was great and had a good selection.

Very serviceminded, friendly and helpfull personel!

Very close to LEGOLAND, coming here was the best thing we can do ! Friendly check-in, our room was perfect, size, cleanless, pleasant bathroom, not noise with other rooms. For our second evening, we made the choice to eat here for donner, and all was good, it permitted us to have a pleasant evening and play gales with my family. For all those reasons, we strongly recommend « The Lodge Billund » 😉

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and great amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Lodge. The location was excellent for the airport and Legoland, and was a lovely 15 minute walk through the sculpture park into the town centre (and the Lego House). The breakfast buffet was huge, with enough vegan options to keep me happy (and non-vegan options for rest of my family). The beds were comfy and we all slept really well. Only thing that could make it better is a larger fan for in summer, as we came in the middle of July and it was very hot even at night and the small fan just wasn't enough to keep us cool. Otherwise everything else was excellent. The Lodge was spotless and the staff always friendly and helpful.

A brilliant stay! Great facilities (pool, gym, sauna, kids play rooms) loads of outside spaces to sit and surrounded by nature! Outstanding breakfast. Super clean and relaxed! Large comfy room (we had a ground floor courtyard room so had a small outside space with a table and chairs) easy walking distance of Llandia and Legoland) and a lovely stroll through the sculpture park to Lego House and town. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, very helpful with public transport to the airport and train station in the next town. Can’t wait to find an excuse to stay here again, highly recommend, you should definitely stay here!

Great place to stay!

Excellent location between Legoland and Lego house. Breakfast buffet is top quality with plenty of options. FYI, No air conditioning and bathroom amenities are scarce but the quality of shampoos etc is nice. Thoughtful basket of towels left at the door when you place do not disturb floor mat in front of your room for the day.

Perfekt beliggenhed kun 5 min gang fra Legoland og gratis parkering ved overnatning. Morgenmadsbuffeten er rigtig god – husk dog at booke bord i forvejen. Personalet er sødt og hjælpsomt. Der er et godt legerum og spil til børn samt en rigtig fin pool. Desværre skuffede rengøringen, der var meget spindelvæv og stankelben på værelset, og sengene blev næsten ikke redt op på dag 2. Madrassen er ikke særlig god og ukomfortabel på sovesofaen. Dejligt hotel med alt pånær rengøring / madras(sovesofa) til en pris på 2500 kr. pr. nat havde vi forventet lidt mere rengøring/senge delen.

Fantastic family stay

Could be a lovely hotel but let down by a few basic things. Our room wasnt ready for 3pm which is check in time. Only about half an hour but after a long drive, not what we needed. The first full day we were out all day and came back around 4:30pm to find the room had not been cleaned or serviced. I walked to reception and asked for cleaning. Housekeeping came straight away but no apology from reception. The next day the room was cleaned but not fully. No toilet roll left, no fresh glasses and dirty glasses not removed. We had a garden terrace room and having the door was great so the kids could play outside and let some much needed air into the room. No air conditioning. Not sure if its the same for all rooms, but for this price i expected it. The desk fan just wasnt enough to cool the room with 4 people trying to sleep. The pool was a great addition with lots of pool toys and floaties. This is needed as the pool is 1.5m the whole length so be aware with non swimmers. Breakfast was nice. We went for the earlier sitting and was perfect and quiet. I can imagine it got very busy the later you go. You need to book a breakfast time online before you go. The Deli in the hotel is very basic and expensive. Definitely plan to eat out for lunch and dinner and go elsewhere for supplies. We had a fridge in room hut wasnt cold at all so didnt use. Register your car for free parking. Location is great as could walk to Legoland and Legohouse.
