Loved the hotel

Hotel OK, convinient for the EXPO but transport from station to HOTEL ends at 21h.

Overall a phenomenal experience. Great room we stayed with a city view. Only downside is the parking area is not on-site; has to walk 2 blocks not ideal during inclement weather loading or off loading your personal gear and family members. Hotel rate is a bit pricy as compare to other within the area.

The room was incredible, and when I forgot my items and returned to the lobby the next day, they had them folded and bagged and offered them to me. The service was incredible.

This one is not in walking distance to anything. However, I do like that the hotel provide free shuttle to cosmo square on Sundays. The staff were very nice and helpful and I loved that it had a laundry room in every floor.

The staffs were very nice. The rooms were very clean as well. There's also a familymart downstairs, thus easy to get drinks or snacks.

It was a good stay. Wanted something cheap but decently located close to Universal Studios Japan.

There's a bus outside the hotel which is going to Cosmosquare station and is very convenient to travel to city area. But the last bus is around 10:30pm so if not return back to the station before 10:30pm, will need to walk to the hotel.

It was great hotel in terms of cleaning, staff and amenities. But the location was far away from the Osaka mid town, it is good for rest and long stay but not for the shopping or walking around the city.

Bottom-line up front: Free breakfast buffet, dated decor, friendly staff (limited English), tricky location. Comfortable stay on the last night of a 5-day trip to Osaka. We changed hotels for our last night because the Fukuracia had an excellent weekend price. They even threw-in a complimentary breakfast, which was a surprisingly good buffet with both Japanese- and American-style servings. Lots of choices. The staff was very friendly, though a little limited with English. The room was a little dated, but comfortable, and with a gorgeous view of Osaka Bay. Location was the biggest downside -- just a bit inconvenient since it's just over a kilometer from the nearest train station (the "New-Tram" Line, Nakafuto Station). We ended up walking from the Nakafuto Station, through the big INTEX-Osaka convention center and to the hotel on the evening of our check-in, and it was a bit far to drag our luggage and tired little kids. However, if you're planning on attending an event at the convention center or something like the Osaka Marathon then it might be the perfect location. Also, there is a bus that runs from the hotel to the Cosmosquare station. We caught it in the morning for an easy departure. It runs approximately every 6 minutes on weekdays and 15 minutes on weekends. The timetables that the hotel staff provided were in Japanese but we got it figured out. The bus stop is conveniently located just outside of the front doors.

Reasonable price for a dated hotel far from the city center.

Good value for money, a bit far for majority of activities in Osaka. At least had shuttle bus to station, not much shop around.

Smoking hotel

I stayed 2 days in this hotel, it is very close to Acquraium, USJ. Shuttle to hotel to subway station is also plus.

It was a very nice hotel and close to transport and the main shopping and dining districts. the service was great and the room was clean and comfortable.

I was amazed. The hotel is very nice and cheaper. I really enjoyed staying at the cosmosquare hotel. I like the treatment of the staff. Also i got a surprised gift from the hotel. Surely i will book again at cosmosquare.

今回、万博の為に急遽こちらのホテルを取りましたが、お風呂に髪の毛が残っていたり、ちょっと残念でした。 駅から遠い為、タクシーを利用しました。 万博がめちゃくちゃ混んでいたので、結果的にはタクシーの方が正解でしたが、普通の旅行では立地的に不便だと思います。
