Booked the rooms with Mountains view on Hotel.com and the upgrade rooms not the confort one ( paid €378 for 2 rooms with breakfast for 2 persons) to find out that this tipe of rooms don’t actually have Mountain View’s. According to them the advert is not true so ended up with a nice parking of the hotel view. I try to contact Hotels.com but no joy so if anyone sees this please contact me.

The toilets were a little dirty and dated and the breakfast buffet was literally just Bread and butter. But overall a great place to stay.

Very clean, great rooms, the customer service from the staff was amazing, they had English speaking staff. Very good accommodation

We stayed overnight during Switzerland trip. It was a clean, comfortable and quiet place to stay.

Unit had an odor that smelled like something died in the room or AC ductwork. After complaining, it took the staff more than 6 hours to agree to transfer my family to a new room.

The property was good size rooms, cleans and good views, decent breakfast. The biggest issue is the location. From Geneva city center, if you don’t have a car - needs 2 bus and one tram transfer. Another issue was no AC rooms. The weather was great and we didn’t needed any but still will have liked AC rooms

Pretty good hotel and clean rooms. Short distance to a shopping mall and other restaurants. Only thing to highlight is that toilets are seated pretty high 😀 i am 174cm tall and barely touched the ground.. ha … overall pretty clean hotel and highly recommended.

Average hotel, but clean and family friendly, the 3rd bed in the room was not good and you will have body aches next morning. Best for party of 2
