In my room there was something of historical significance that had been, sensitively and sensibly, preserved and protected with perspex. I would have really appreciated an explanation / translation of it so as to fully understand it.

Loud from the street. Didn’t sleep well. I guess it could be fine if you plan to get really drunk.

Absolutely appalling. The check in for this is a five minute walk away from the actual hotel, which is great fun when you have to lug bags up and down. The stairs are a death trap and all lose and wobbly. The bedrooms are a total catfish, nothing like the photos on here, leaky windows with drafts, mould growing, nasty. Broken bathroom door so my husband and I had to hide in the corner when then other one wanted a poo as the door wouldn't close l. The shower door was hanging off and water was going everywhere and halfway through a shower the water would cut off for a good 5 minutes.I contacted to reception to ask the shower and bathroom door be mended but I was ignored. The place is a hazardous dump. No fire alarms in the rooms. A nasty, dangerous, horrible place

The check in information is out of date; You must now check in at 'Boogie ApartHouse', at Garbary 2, 48-300 Wrocław, and not at Ruska street as heretofore. The staff at reception said that they had sent me a text message regarding the check in procedure and new check in location. I have never gotten that message, I checked, and they have the correct number. The bathroom door would not close, not ideal. It is a pocket door. So remained wide open throughout my stay. I found the receptionist rude. She said that I had not been given the wrong check in information. She said this without seeing the email from Hotels.com

No service, noisy, Wi-Fi didn’t work for 2 nights, no fridge or minibar, no toilet mat, working desk pretty bad.. I am wondering why it’s called deluxe..

Spot on. Small but clean rooms, brilliant value for money. Good location, just remember you check in at boogie hostel round the corner.

Cracking little hostel. Much more like a hotel than a hostel. Individual rooms with ensuite. Clean. Rooms were a bit small but was good for the price.

Clean and simple. If you can get it for cheap then it's worth the money.

Nice place to start. A bit noisy as it overlooked a main road with trams running early. Only issue was the bathroom door was not working, it worked on a runner system that was broken, so had to manually pull the door along the floor.

Visited for three nights. Room very clean and appeared newly decorated. Reception staff very helpful. I have stayed at some of the more expensive hotels when with my wife but this cheaper place was fine and would stay again rather than fork out

This place was disappointing at best and downright terrible for sure. We arrived 25 minutes early and couldn't check in. Had to wait because they said they had no clean rooms yet. We came back in 30 minutes and they sent us up the stairs to the 4th floor, top floor. Half a room since the other half was a slanted roof that you couldn't stand up in. Paint was peeling off the walls. The roof windows had to remain open in order for it to be cool enough to breathe which meant constant noise all night since the tram was right out front. Workers and tram noise and drunks all night. No sleeping here. They charge for extra towels which I thought meant towels IN ADDITION to the towels they already provide but they don't provide any towels and the ones you have to pay for are basically hand towels made of sand paper. We were never given the remote control to the tv. There are 2 of these hostels, this one is the deluxe which means you get a private bathroom. They call it the Boogie Hotel and Bar but there's no bar. It was way too expensive to be a hostel and way to awful to be a hotel room. As a hostel, it might work but there are plenty of cheaper hostels. The girl at the desk was no help at all. Stay away from this place. You can do much better for the money. It certainly isn't deluxe anything.

Great place. Located right near the main square. Room was up to date, spacious and comfortable. Free wifi and decent breakfast. You couldn't ask for more considering the price. Better than other places I have stayed in Poland that were twice the price.

Nice and fairly good looking hostel, with a friendly staff. We, as a young couple with "not so high standards" liked it a lot. Only real concern was the street noise, which was loud even during the night, because of the location. For "more experienced and HOTEL oriented" the breakfest, is hardly noteworthy. Also the towels needed to be rented (but with a really low price, about 1,25 euro for the stay). The sauna was nice and cheap. Finally, this is not a stay for the disabled persons, as all of the rooms are accessible through stairs.
