Their spa was the highlight for us. Social hour from 4-5p in the lobby was great as well to mingle with other travelers while drinking for free! :-) Room was comfy with an amazing tub! Can’t recommend this hotel enough. I stay here every time I’m in Glasgow.

We had a perfect stay in Blythswood Square. The staff were always so nice and friendly. Perfect dinner, lovely cocktails, and an amazing spa.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Great food in the restaurant as well. The air conditioning was broken while we were there so the room was hot and stuffy but other than that we loved it.

A little disappointed I didn’t get a welcome drink and I did not want to ask for one, but it’s the first time I’ve stayed in a 5 star hotel and not been offered a welcome drink. I’d just come from the peninsula in London which was fabulous and was offered soft drinks and champagne on arrival there. But especially disappointing since I read other reviews seeing that they had gotten them. The staff were absolutely lovely, particularly the door staff who helped with luggage. I had to ring and ask where the iron was in the room, as there was an ironing board, told there was an iron in a drawer and there wasn’t. Had to wait a while for it to be sent up and ring down again as I was ironing a dress to go for dinner with friends. Over all, a beautiful hotel. The amenities in the room are a bit outdated (battered tresemme hairdryer and I borrowed a straightener which was an old ghd model) but I’m Justin

The building and our room were very nice as was most of the staff. I was surprised there was no turn down service.

Arrived and discovered it was £27 in Q car park to park for the night, check in was easy enough, room was on the top floor 509, carpet along the way was badly stained upon entering the room it appeared clean and nice, we found clumps of hair in the shower upon further inspection although supposed easily missed as the shower is very dark, speaking of the shower it either dribbled out or came out full blast, the complementary mini bar was empty? Not even a can of pop, breakfast - was beautiful well served and plenty of choice, lovely waiting staff. Sadly wouldn’t return for the price it was we were expecting so much more.
