La estancia no me gusto . No Hay Elevadores. Y las camas no tenien Cabeceras y el Desayuno muy limitado

The bed was to hard for my old back. The free breakfast was very good. The facility appears to be very clean. Ask for a room away from the freeway as it is very noisy on that side.

Was a very nice hotel grounds are beautiful very clean well manicured I only wish tv was bigger and maybe some artwork on walls Breakfast was delicious and service all around was exceyeill definitely stay here again . Great location too

We stayed herefor a week and opted-out of the all-inclusive because we wanted to explore the city. Traveled with 3 children under 5yo. With that in mind I’d like to share our experience Pros: family friendly hotel, there are a few pool options for children. There are palapas right on the beach, with local vendors who come up to sell different things. Breakfast buffet provides an array of food options, they seem to change the menu every other day but overall it was good & the views to the open seating are stunning! Rooms are comfortable and spacious. There’s an Oxxo within walking distance. Cons: some pool amenities weren’t working in the children’s pools. The water over at the boat pool was ice cold the week we were there (February) & was always empty because of that reason. Some areas to the hotel need some work. Id rate their customer service a 2/10, we had an issue where they charged us an extra week & weren’t able to get a full refund despite me speaking to a manager onsite! They’re super stingy with the pool towels so don’t loose them or that'll be an additional charged at checkout! From what we saw, this resort isn’t worth the money for allinclusive, their restaurant options are very limited including the bars, so save yourself a couple hundred dollars & opt-out. I’m glad we did! We enjoyed their breakfast & ventured out throughout our stay. Lots of local restaurants in the malecón & nearby area.

Great place but no restaurants near by. They have a restaurant but it is not open in the evening. It is also noisy.

When i check in they send me to a different palomas hotel, i didn't like the location and spend more in transportation

Convenient right off the road

Nice stopover on road trip. Friendly & helpful front desk staff. Wish it had a pool and restaurant on site. Hotel was a bit noisy next to highway and gas station, but rooms in back were quiet.

Booked last minute, hotel was clean, great breakfast and staff was friendly!
