Friendly, helpful staff. Very close, walkable to all amenities including bus station. Hot tub wasn’t hot, but we were too busy to use it anyways.

Friendly and warm staff (a gentleman from Albania). The room is good. We did not have a chance to use any other facility.

Very well located near Fira center. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The only downside would be that it’s missing a coffee machine in the room.

Excellent location in a quiet street in the heart of Fira. Arthur and his colleague were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was a nice touch and the room was clean and practical.

Beautiful and comfortable vila. Small property but very cute and convenient. Only 5 minutes walk from Fira bus station and 5 minutes walk from Fira main square. Room, beds and bathroom are very clean which is the most importance for us. The manager and her staff are super nice and accommodating. We booked 2 rooms and arrived early at 9:30 and were greeted with water and orange juice. We were lucky the rooms were available 1 hour later. The manager was so nice to let us keep 1 room for late check out at 1:00. Only wished to stay more days on the island.

The receptionist, Arther, was fantastic! He was so much help when we asked for directions or recommendations.

Arthur was super symphatic. Location was perfect 5 min walk from the Caldera View Jacuzzi and patio at the Top of the hôtel was incredable. Fully recommanded.
