Was booked for 4 nights. Resturaunt shut mon open tues and wed. Shut thurs no reason given. Thin quilt in room. Curtains did not fit and i was on street level so in dark people could look in from street. Room not cleaned bin emptied or towels changed during entire stay. Was not cheap to stay there either. I am well traveled and stay away 4 nights a week with work and this was not good.

Easy check in. Room ok. Cleanliness ok. Evening staffunable to find an extra pillow. Member of breakfast staff unhappy about arrival hslf hour before closing

The condition of the hotel was really good, however the aircon didn't go down far, but that might be due to the energy cut backs. The breakfast was pretty good.

Very noisy. The room was too close to a road with much traffic. At 5.30 in the morning two workers were talking load in the corridor. The entrance to the outdoor pool was just under our window. People met and waited for each other very early (around 6.30 in the morning. But the worst was the traffic, also at night.

Room was very clean, despite the airport nearby it was quiet, absolute proximity to the swimming pool

Public swimming pool next hotel was good for kids. My 10 year old son said this swimming pool was cool. Hotel room was spacious and very clean.

Super convinient when coming to dive, also fun to have sauna and fitness around the corner, but the toilet smeeled so badly upon arrival, had to leave the fan on for hours, didnt help much

Just stopped for a night to break up my drive. Rooms are very basic but fine. There is ample parking, Just get a pass for the public lot from the front desk

Excellent hotel And... left my iPhone charger in the room - emailed .. immediate reply and was left at reception for me to collect a couple of days later - impressive!

Nice hotel, next to a small water park. Good reception on arrival, and the room was nice. However we were under the impression the hotel had indoor swimming pools from the description. This was not the case. The only option was the outdoor pools within the water park. No good for us. The breakfast selection was good and fortunately there was a nice restaurant/pub/club 100 meters away along with a small supermarket across the road.

Generally a nice hotel. However the rooms have no air conditioning which, given the recent warm weather, resulted in the need to leave the windows open. Having a room at the front of the hotel and above the hotel entrance, with people coming and going in to the early hours, resulted in an interrupted nights sleep.

Good hotel, slept very well, head a very good breakfast, nice bathroom, nice room. Verry good value for the money.

Noisy and no air conditioning. No tea making facilities

Gladly found this hotel on our way to Cologne, and it was the best hotel of our 2-week trip. It's one of those hotels where every detail is though-through. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast delicious, the staff is courteous, and place is beautiful and you can even use a huge swimming pool if you wanted to. Besides this, the small town of Siegburg is beautiful as well. Away from tourists and filled with live. It might be a bit far if you are going to Cologne or Bonn, but not a problem if you have a car. (the have parking lot, by the way).
