Very nice place. Small rooms but nice beds and the staff at front desk were very accommodating. Especially Andrea, she was very helpful.

Very nice hotel with great service in great location

Super helpful Front Desk staff. It was a crazy weekend in Stockholm with Kukture Fest and some ultra endurance sporting event all on and the hotel full. I liked the hotel, my small double room for a single could have been brighter ( it was on the lowest guest floor) : one lamp did not work at all and the other ceiling lights not very bright.

Excellent staff, very friendly, professional, accommodating. Hotel is in central location, can walk to many local landmarks, museums and points of interest. Would highly recommend stay here.

Clean quiet and centrally located in Stockholm. Delicious breakfast

The room was small even by European standards. But the bigger problem is that we had a room that faced the courtyard, which has a lounge at the bottom and there was useless sound insulation. So when we tried to go to bed before 10 PM on a Friday night so that we could wake up for our early flight the next morning, sleeping was impossible due to the thump thump of the music and conversation from the lounge until things shut down at 11 PM. If you stay here, be sure to get an outside room for that reason.

Only complaint was no washcloths.

The service was impeccable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the restaurant, lounge and bar were excellent. I would definitely stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

lovely hotel - only gripe is the Gold Bar opening times - for a 4.5* hotel i’d expect the bar to be open all day, and stay open until midnight for residents.

I had an event within the hotel and can’t complain about anything. Hotel is great, staff are wonderful. Highly recommended. Great location and easy access to the station straight to the airport.

Hôtel was right in the middle of all the areas - from shopping, to the museums, to Gamla Stan. Trendy vibe with fun venues for a cocktail. Rooms were comfortable.

5 stars all round. Bonus room upgrade too. Amazing place.

No VIP benefits were given what so ever, attitude of the staff was “we can’t give you the upgrade because room level that left is too high and we don’t have others….” Take it or leave it. We were given a horrible room where I had to climb over my friend’s bed to get to my bed and I was unable to get up at night to go to the toilet because no way of getting out of bed without climbing over other bed. Terrible

The hotel is located such that one can walk to a great many enjoyable sites, such as museums and entertainment venues.

Great location and service.. Phone didn’t work in the room. A little trouble finding my valet parked car but overall a good experience.
