Staff are great. Too bad there are no amenities in the area. Great place to atop for a quick nap then back on the highway

No face towels, hand towels or tissue. Toweren bedding. Noisy location, MAJOR TRUCK STOP location. Workers, guards very suspect. DO NOT stay here.

The only restaurant near by is a truckers stop.

It was SO nice, I was driving from San Carlos Sonora to Chapala Jalisco with my dog. Everyone was SO helpful and friendly. Very clean and meal was good. Even the guards said hi to us on our walk, with poop bags, we like to be good guest also. But I really like your hotel.

It was a wonderful stay. Breakfast was excellent.

Air conditioning didn't work at all. No ice. Limited breakfast. When lights etc. require your room card, and you leave the room, the AC goes off...

Hotel common areas were all nice clean and presentable. We had a standard double room. Could use some updating on the bathroom with new shower stall. Room was clean enough but needs attention. Beds are not very comfortable and there is 1 plastic chair to sit in for a room that can accommodate up to 4 people. Breakfast was very good and staff at desk for checking out was very friendly. At check-in the agent wasn’t very friendly or welcoming.

Location near truck stops and away from city center. Nearest restaurant over a mile away. Very basic hotel. singlr room with one towel, one bar of soap, no glasses for water. Price charged was more than quoted with reservation. Clerk unwilling to give printed receipt. Advertized free breakfast did not exist.. Coffee and tee available.

Always friendly at reception. Room was clean but lacked hand towel and face cloths and there were no glasses. I have stayed here a few times and will continue to do so mostly because of location.

Very hard mattress, no water glasses in room or available, breakfast a sad experience which you will need to pay for with a paid voucher from the front desk. Eat meals at the truck stop next door the food is tasty and good. Two extremely warm towels only. NO hand towels or washcloths or hair dryer. This is a good stay for the hardworking truckers and heavy machinery operators.
