Had a King kitchenette suite at first and didnt like the layout with dark living room so switched to a full suite for my extended stay and it was better, but couldnt switch earlier as part of Expedia reservation ;(

The Sandman staff were pleasant, helpful, and were quick to acknowledge at any point during my stay. The restaurant is great with good food and good service. I have stayed here multiple times in the past and will happily stay here in the future.

Why is it so hard to get a dang receipt? Business travellers must turn in receipts to get re-imbursed...with taxes broken out. Front desk argumentative. Most hotels, when you pay at the site, will do this. Will be taking my business to the Pomeroy.

No pet room available even though I booked it online. They blamed Expedia for lack of communication. The reason for the pet room was I needed the bowls and the bed that was told was provided. Was given no help. No Marketplace or convenience store that was supposed to be there in the hotel. Vending machines were empty

Clean rooms, hallways could use a vacuum but overall nice hotel. Front staff so very nice and friendly.
