Excellent hotel and staff!

If you want a corporate hotel this isn't for you. French, quirky.... we loved it!! Easy walk to the (small) centre of Castres. Fun staff and VERY interesting rooms. The website will show you what to expect. Enjoy your stay...

The rooms were so much fun, and the staff was so nice and helpful. We stayed in the Napoleon room and the Harry Potter room. Everything was very comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and other conveniences within easy walking distance. We visited the medieval city and castle in Carcassonne when we were there.

This is a wonderful hotel with quirky decor and themed rooms. Amenities are great - good bathroom, wi fi, AC etc. The brekfast is plentiful and varied The staff are very friendly The location is superb We really enjoyed our stay here

It was a great spot , not very quiet but that is to be expected when you are in the centre of town.

Great location in 17 century building. Easy overnight parking on the street. Good breakfast. Definetely visit Goya museum, 5 min walk

After spending almost 3 weeks in France we found a hidden gem - spacious rooms decorated just as the hotel name implies - lots of angels. Modern bathrooms so you'll be very comfortable. The food at their restaurant was also great. Since this is not a primary tourist city, the prices are also very reasonable. Great place

Hotel is very quirky, with themed rooms. Maybe too quirky for my taste. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was very central too main square.

Parking was an issue. We had to use public parking and had to find it ourselves. No reduced tariffs via the hotel. The site says 'parking available/ The hotel is located on a very narrow street without parking so the hotel should provide discounts and directions to parking areas

Only able to stay 1 night and arrived late and left early so can't give a full account but staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only down sides was didn't take advantage of valet parking so had to park a little way away and drag luggage to hotel, and bed wasn't the comfiest we've ever had. This aside I would certainly stay again and would recommend.

Great place to stay, very clean quiet and well located in the center of the city. We had a nice breakfast and the owner was very accommodating. We definitely would come back. The hotel has lots of character.

Very quirky and full of charm with a warm welcome awaiting.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel with a unique ambience and an interesting collection of historic costumes, portraits, furniture and statues from the Renaissance period. Each room is themed, we had the Parissienne room. Staff were friendly and the hotel is in a good location near the main square. Castres is a pleasant town but pretty quiet on the Sunday of a holiday weekend!

Very surprising hotel. Old boutique hotel (no lift), few rooms, right downtown and surprisingly silent all night. Charming hotel with a small but very nice lounge. Rooms are decorated in a old fashion way but with style. Large bathroom, with a large bathtub. Overall very nice hotel, perfect for a short stay in Castres. The breakfast is quite disappointing however.
