Nice hotel

Clean and comfort

Generally good hotel. My biggest concern was that the air conditioner wasn't working properly. The issue could have been resolved from the front desk/maintenance office, but we need to request to lower the air condition whenever the temperature is too high to bear. It was pretty bad experience because we have been to two other Lahan hotels in Pohang and Jeonju prior to this visit. The hotel is clean and nicely maintained, but it is little outdated and would like to see updates (e.g., tile chips and dented floor. However, if you have a child and worry about falling down from the bed, this is a great place because it has futon bed option which my child loved because she can crawl around all day long.

The hotel location is far from the mainland and in order to get there, you need to travel by car. Furthermore the hotel staff isn't that nice and the building is next to the ship building port. The only thing that is okay about the hotel is the buffet that is being served in the morning

this hotel is a bit away from everything- the lobby looks great - the rooms are very dated and worn - not in line with the price charged for the stay - no Air conditioning and to noisy to leave the windows open - the view was great!

조선소 옆에 있어서 그런지 아기자기하고 예쁘기보다는 남성적인 투박함이 느껴지는 클래식한 호텔임 아침 조식 뷔페마저도 클래식함 조식뷔페에 조선소에서 일하는 외국인들이 유니폼을 입고 식사하는 색다른 모습을 볼 수 있음

Clean but too old

A/C managed by property and it was very hot. Very far from main attractions and restaurants. Very inconvenient. Not coming back to this hotel ever.

Only one bath towel & 2hand towels for 2persons staying in twin beds room. They want us to share with it?

Sits on a beautiful place but cheap furniture smelly rooms no AC at all room temperature was 27 Celsius

Great view and beautiful landscaping

Stayed for over 20 days, for business, so had a good chance to experience this hotel. Staff were always amazingly friendly and helpful. Rooms were always kept beautifully tidy so a big shout out to the cleaning staff. My laundry always returned on the same day. The Fri/Sat night buffets were always really nice, again the staff here were very polite and efficient. We were there during the blizzard in Jan 2023 when the temp got as low as -12 and there was a lot of snow, the grounds around the hotel looking stunning. A big shout out to Chloe at the front desk and Mr Heo who made our stay very pleasant.

This is a business hotel being right next to a ship yard with noise therefrom and at night numerous fishing boats with bright lights and very far from restaurants and attractions. Also need to be updated as it's pretty dated. Location is the main issue.

Overall ok . But the location is little bit far away and hotel is little bit old style.
