Very disappointed, this property has been sold as 5 starts resort, but it barely can be evaluated 3 starts. Doesn’t worth the money spent

This is absolutely not a 5-star resort. Dirty, terrible food, rude staff incapable of adhering to the health and hygiene standards required for a resort, disgusting common services, unclean, old rooms, and absolutely uncomfortably comfortable for a 15-day stay. The sea is unsafe, the pools are dirty and unsupervised by a lifeguard, and the entertainment is poor, boring, and repetitive.

Avoid at all costs, nowhere near 5 stars Do not be fooled by the 5 star label,this resort is not even close to 3 stars. Fourteen days here felt like a bad joke. The food was tasteless, plant-based milk when requested was served spoiled three times, and shockingly, we even found pieces of glass in the chocolate pot that my niece nearly swallowed. Cleanliness is appalling: filthy restaurant, public toilets cleaned only once a day, and rooms that are old, dirty and falling apart. The entire structure is run-down, and the staff consistently rude and unhelpful. The animation team tried their best, but the weekly schedule just repeated itself, so in two weeks we saw the same shows twice. This is not a luxury holiday – it is unsafe, unhygienic, and a complete waste of money. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

Overall great stay. Muliple pools, activities throughout day, selection of drinks available Few disappointing factors, food at buffet needs improvement, same / simular food every meal, Bathrooms in shared areas needs to be cleaned better and maintenance needed.

I love this resort. It provides availability of food almost any time. For a sleeper like me getting up late and having food ready this is a plus. Two major pools to relax and easy access to the beach from the complex. Food is good and tasty. The staff are is very friendly and attentive. Annabelle Resort is a place I can come back.

The best place and service All the Staff are amazing and friendly.

We had an extremely large team stay there 1-2 weeks at the end of the season. The management went over and beyond doing everything in his power to accommodate our team and all our needs. He was always on site & made sure we were all taken care of. Amazing management 👏 we all had an amazing time there and built lifetime memories ❤️

Stayed here for Team Canada Jiu Jitsu for the Worlds Youth JJIF. Antonis and the staff were excellent and very accomodating. Our entire team stayed here. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so kind and helpful and the resort was absolutely beautiful

Its a pretty place, maybe because it’s late October when I spent a week at Annabelle. Everything was mid. Mostly my criticism is the food- we were with a very big group (over 70 people) and about 10 people got food poisoning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Annabelle Resort was absolutely fantastic! Antonis and the rest of the staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They even stayed open just for us, which made our visit incredibly special. We were also given a late departure, allowing us to enjoy every moment without feeling rushed. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and flexibility made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend Annabelle Resort for anyone looking for top-notch service and an unforgettable getaway!

We have just returned from a 9 night stay in Annabelle. And we absolutely loved it. Family of 3 boys 13, 16 and 17 and always something to do for them. The animation team were excellent all through the day. Villa was lovely and spotless. Cleaned every day. Lovely location on the beach and only a few minutes from Hersonnisos. Food was lovely and great selection every night. We will be back

Staff brilliant, food very good, room - carpet needs deep clean. Bar, reception, waiters and waitresses all worth their “weight in gold”. Just property need some “Love and Clean”.😁

אתחיל בטוב: תודעת שירות גבוהה ונעימה מכל אנשי צוות המלון. הזמנו 7 לילות בווילה ולילה נוסף בחדר ו.אי.פי.בדלפק הקבלה התבסרנו שחלה טעות ונקבל לשני הלילות הראשונים חדר משפחתי רגיל ורק בלילה השלישי נעבור לווילה. ברור לנו שזאת לא טעות והווילה נימכרה על חשבונינו למרבה במחיר. מאוכזבים מאוד שמנו את התיקים בחדר וניגשנו לחדר האוכל. האוכל מתחת לכל ביקורת. לא טעים, ממוחזר, ירקות יבשים ולא טריים, מרגיש כאילו כל האוכל המבושל בושל עם אותה אבקת מרק לא טובה.האוכל במסעדה ליד הבריכה היה קצת יותר טוב, אך לאכול 8 ימים בדיוק את אותו האוכל ממש לא מעניין וגם בסוף לא טעים. נקיון החדרים לא היה משהו, ה ווי.פיי היה בתשלום עם זמן ארוך ללא קליטה. אנחנו לא נחזור לשם !

Very nice complex, not suitable for anyone with mobility difficulties as there are lots of steps between the reception and pools/rooms etc. 5 minutes walk from covey beaches and about 40 minutes walk to the center. I would recommend it but don’t pay for WiFi as it only works in the room and reception but nowhere else! Friendly staff and daily cleaning service with fresh cold water every day. Food was on occasion repetitive but enough to make a meal of! Not many Brits but that could be positive or negative depending what you want! More 4* than 5*

The resort is very good and had good facilities. The beach area was excellent and the swimming pools were clean and not crowded. The restaurant had good variety but not appropriate for a total vegetarian. According to them, fish was counted as vegetarian so you need to be aware of this. The cleanliness of the restaurant was not as good as it should have been. The bar staff were partial when serving and would ignore you and serve people who came after you. This is not acceptable. The accommodation was very good but the resort is not disable friendly and the restaurant was quite far from the bungalows and you could get a room on 1st floor. However, your luggage was taken to your rooms by the porters. The town is a taxi ride away for 9 Euros each way. There is a need for some improvements in the restaurant and the bar. Overall, it is a good resort for people without disabilities.

This is an excellent hotel, recommend it to everyone who wants to go to Crete, very reasonable price and what you get is more than you pay, satisfy on everything, I should go back again.

We don't normally stay at all-inclusive places as the focus tends to be too much on the food, but at this place there were multiple pools, it was right on the beach, they had ping pong and entertainment options and it was near Saradari beach when we wanted an escape from the family atmosphere. And the food was pretty good too; certainly ample portions.
