Exellent location, easy to access to public transportation, close to both traditional markets and modern shopping malls, food streets, art and cultural center as well as green parks. The staff is friendly and helpful, however, there was water leaking in the bathroom in my room and they didn't (notice to) fix it the whole tine I stay (5 days, 4 nights).

Friendly staff, location near pratunam market, near food court, seven-eleven. There are seafood restaurants, Indian restaurants, Indonesian restaurants on the way. Suitable for those who like to explore new cuisines. I booked a family room and it was as requested. I will stay here for my next trip.

The hotel is ok, a bit old but the room is clean

The hotel gives a good impression, the strategic location is not difficult to find the hotel, the staff is friendly, near Pratunam Market so if you want to shop it is easy to get there, Indonesians are still very safe here because there is an Indonesian restaurant inside the hotel and right in front of the hotel, there is a bidet in the toilet, the AC is also cold, the room is cleaned every day and towels are changed and mineral water refills are given every day. The downside is if you get a room on the 8th floor, be careful because the elevator only goes up to the 7th floor so you have to use the stairs to the 8th floor. There is a 500 baht deposit and it is returned upon checkout. Thank you, next time I go to Bangkok, I might stay at Cozi Inn again

Friendly staff, cleaning service and daily water and personal items replenishment. Near BTS, Big C, right next to the market so it is quite crowded, bustling and convenient for traveling, eating, playing, etc. The downside is that the entrance is a bit bad and the soundproofing is poor.

The hotel is located in the market area so the entrance smells, the hotel/rooms are old, damp, and not clean.

Don't have tv in the room.booked family room, but i think it's too small.Luckily, location near to pratunam, platinum,etc.

In my opinion, the price of 100 ringgit per night is not satisfactory, because in Kuala Lumpur, you can get a clean and beautiful room for that price.

It was a really bad experience in life, having to walk from the main road into a small alley to the hotel. It was so smelly from outside to entering the lobby to the room it smelled the same. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews here.

Hotel in Pratunam Market, a bit hard to find because you have to enter through a small alley.. Clean rooms, hotel is a bit old especially the elevator needs maintenance. The elevator doesn't seem to have sensors. The room is just average. For a 1 night stay it's okay, if you want to stay longer it's better to find another comfortable hotel

Close to everywhere, I stayed with friends, there is a market that opens at night, you can shop and eat too.

In Pratunam area, so if you're in Bangkok for a shopping spree and looking for a decent budget hotel, Cozy Inn is the one. The front desk is quite helpful. One hassle is since it's in a busy area and most guests are retailers and the room wasn't soundproofed, it became noisy from neighbors and activities outside. If you're a light sleeper, this hotel might not be for you.

Please have a Qibla direction code in the room because there are Muslims staying there.

The location is very strategic, in the center of Pratunam's hustle and bustle. It's a 15-minute walk from Ratchaprarop Cityline station. It's just that you have to enter an alley between shops and restaurants. The hotel staff is friendly, it's nice because there are rooms for families (4 people). It's worth the price. There is also a halal Indonesian restaurant in this hotel.

The room is cheap, small, but really comfortable. All the receptionists were very nice and humble. Really love to stay at this hotel!
