Generally the hotel was nice and clean, however we did not have any service of the room on our 3 rd day, it had to be prompted by us for service, other than that it was ok

Great renovated rooms, nice car park location near lake and town

The hotel was centrally located . Easy shopping and lots of dinning options around. The only comment is the AC in the suit kept turning off as if on timer which I had to wake up every 1-2 hrs to push the bottom back on.

Busy road location but excellent parking and spacious room with a wonderful view across the lake when we paid a small upgrade. There's a narrow footpath to the various restaurants and bars along the banks of the lake.

Very clean hotel friendly and helpful staff. Service and food Excellent. Fantastic views over the lake and moumtains. A bit pricy but it is in Switzerland. Would stay again.

The hotel is set in a beautiful setting but some of the bedrooms could be modernised. The standard room at the top of the building was quite claustrophobic. The staff were helpful and switched us to a room with a balcony at a small extra cost.

I liked: - cordial, polite, and helpful staff - panoramic lake view - breakfast included - restaurant I didn't like: - hard to reach the train station/bus stops (but the hotel cannot do anything about it) - old amenities and some spiders in the rooms

The hotel looks pretty bad and run down from the outside, but inside it is lovely and warm and welcoming, it looks like it's had a refurbishment. The staff were lovely, the room was lovely and so was the breakfast. Best views from a hotel I've had for years too. I couldn't fault the hotel other than outside appearance.

Property was lovely and great value for money. The beds were changed everyday and the views over the lake were incredible!!! The breakfast was good with enough options to keep most people happy. Can’t complain at all about the stay. The view is what made it for us!

No AC in the room they gave me. Nice that they did book and send me to another hotel in the area. Not nice that I had to drive into the other hotel at 10:00pm at night

The hotel has been left without even the very essential basic maintenance. Very run down and sad to see how no effort has been made. This is the furthest thing from a 4 star hotel and the price is a total rip off. Honestly worst hotel I’ve been to, and I’ve traveled 15 years for a living.

The restaurant staff was very polite and helpful, however unfortunately this is the only good point. It’s hard to believe this hotel is considered 4 star... it’s in an utter state of disrepair and decay. The stairs had been peed on by a dog, carpet is filthy and stained, same as everything in room with damaged floor, chipped walls, damaged furniture, curtains with actual holes, and à terribly old and uncomfortable bed (two singles joined together with a large gap in the middle. The shower reminds me of a cruise ship, except smaller. The worst is the noisy road in front of this hotel which is a never ending symphony of motorcycles and cars reving their engines as they pass the stop lights. The food was so salty and pain we had to send it back... the staff in the restaurant was understanding and replaced our dish. I’m shocked by this hotel... it need a LOT of repair and better management. 4 stars is a joke, seriously.
