The room was decent nothing special. The air conditioning was not working well. It never cooled the entire time we were there. Hotel staff said it because it was so hot outside that the units were overloaded. The hotel breakfast and rooftop are fantastic. Location was great. Close to everything yet outside the very busy parts of Palermo. I don’t know that we would stay again as the warm rooms made it very uncomfortable.

We had such a great stay here. The room was so stylish and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful in showing us how to get around Palermo. Everywhere we wanted to go was in 20-30 mins walking distance which was perfect. Thanks to Fillipo who got in touch before our stay via WhatsApp and book us transport from the airport which was super helpful.

This is an elegant hotel in the heart of the city. I highly recommend and didn’t want to leave.

The hotel was very central, very easy check in. The room was very comfortable and clean with towels changed every day. Breakfast was excellent. The roof top bar and restaurant was excellent with all staff very attentive and friendly. All the hotel staff were friendly and informative. I would recommend this hotel ( the airport bus stop is directly outside the hotel)

Good central hotel, nice clean rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Average at best hotel. Staff friendly and we were well received on arrival and throughout stay. Room was okay, but loose wall plug socket and a paint peeling shower ceiling a negative for sure. Overrated roof garden restaurant, the menu prices way overpriced considering how much food appeared on our plates! Checking out of the hotel, was told to pay city tax of 27E, a fee that had been prepaid, so reluctantly after getting nowhere arguing about it paid the fee as one had a flight to catch!

The room was fantastic with a spectacular view of the piazza. Rooftop dining was delicious and staff was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Joshua and Raffaele at the front desk were very helpful!

Staff was perfect. AC was not strong enough which they resolved promptly. There was a strange smell in the entry but I didn't make an issue of it. If I had, I am sure they would have corrected immediately. All historical sites were a short walk away; lively street with shops, cathedrals and restaurants nearby. High end shopping was just around the corner too. Famous orchestra with world class violinist played in the park/teatro across the street. We have front row seats for 11 euros each. And easy to get to airport as well- 106 bus to the Palermo Lolli station/to the airport.
