Great food option, multiple cuisine, good internet access and near to the town center.

This was one of the highlights of our two week road trip around d Scotland. The staff were friendly and extremely professional. The food was outstanding and the setting was absolute perfection. We loved the main house as well as the grounds and the little cottage that our family stayed in.

Gorgeous Hotel and setting...amazing gardens..Huge room...breakfast was fantastic.

Staff were good and room was big but overdue for renovation as the condition was very tired with plenty of wear and tear on it especially for the high price point.

The staff were all great and the food in the restaurant was also very good. The menu was a bit limited, but everything we had was very good. The exterior of the building was nice as were the grounds. But for 300 pounds a night the room really needs work. We were in room 11, there was a 1.5inch hole in the drywall, and one wall had been so marked up by suitcases it looked like a child had colored on it. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. The chairs in the sitting room were also in rough shape and need to be restrapped. Just a total lack of basic maintenence, and thats unfortunate since this could be an amazing place.

Good location for Inverness and Loch Ness, food was excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Our stay was warm and friendly ....however not sure if it is the area but we thought it was overpriced , probably because mostly foreign visitors ..

Couldn't have been better. Staff was phenomenal (thank you Graeme!) hotel was stunning and transports you back to a different time. Room was quiet and comfortable and has great amenities. Highly recommend!

Was excited to stay here but the beds are so bad even though they said they where new. They did switch my room bed was a little better but my neck and back where killing me in morning. Wish I had left.

Some things in need of repair and the cottage lacked lighting and had an odd smell

The hotel is wonderful - lovely, friendly, attentive staff who try very hard to accommodate your needs and who are so helpful; gorgeous accommodation and really lovely cleaning staff; and first class food - I had the best meal of my year at the Loch Ness Country House Hotel.

The property's architecture gives an experience of being in a remote country retreat while being close to Inverness city centre. The surrounding gardens provide a quiet space to enjoy a Scottish holiday. The rooms are spacious and offer relaxing views of the gardens and the fields beyond. The staff are so professional and warm; they made me feel welcomed and well looked after.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more! Our 2 BR room was very roomy and cozy, a beautiful 1-minute walk from the main building. The breakfasts were outstanding and the dinners even better. But the best thing about the Loch Ness Country House is the staff. They were exceptionally warm, charming and helpful. . . including when we unexpectedly had to cut our stay by one night. They would have been perfectly entitled to charge us for the night given that we were only able to give them 24 hour notice, but they didn't. We can't wait to come back to Scotland, and when we do, the Loch Ness Country House will definitely be on our itinerary!
