Hotel had a wonderful comfort that’s hard to explain. On our first morning, they were doing elevator repairs and somehow shut off the hot water to our room. The staff fixed it immediately and were so apologetic that I felt bad reporting it. Overall a wonderful stay, great staff, comfortable updated rooms. We really liked it.

This hotel is wonderful. There is a common space on the second floor and you could relax and have some quiet time there. The service is great as well. The bed was comfortable. The shower and bathtub are good. Our room didn’t have good wifi connection, but we went to the common space and there was no problem with it.

Beautiful building, interior and exterior. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Charming! Continental breakfast buffet - no hot food items. Staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend San Miguel!

Amazing service from staff

It is such a lovely, small hotel. The woman at the front desk is so kind and helpful. We were able to drop off our bags until check-in time. The hotel itself is ideally located. Despite there being a loud concert outside on a Saturday night, it was quiet inside. We loved the breakfast and cappuccinos in the morning. We had stayed at the Hotel Compostela the night before and far preferred San Miguel. It’s small, cozy, and friendly. Thank you!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at San Miguel Santiago. Close proximity to Cathedral, restaurants, shopping, etc. The staff was wonderful and safe, clean environment.

This beautifully appointed hotel was our two night stay after finishing the Camino and it was beyond perfection. The double bed room was large and the bathroom had a great full size tub for soaking which we enjoyed twice daily to recuperate. The staff on both mornings for the wonderful breakfast were very attentive and friendly. I will definitely book here again on my next Camino!

Very close to the cathedral.

The staff was exceptionally considerate and helpful. They are truly multilingual and efficient. It would be helpful if they sent adetailed directions and a map to help guests get there initially. The breakfasts were outstanding.
