Muy lindo, solo sería bueno que pudieran aceptar propinas con tarjeta. Ibamos en un grupo grande a un evento de trabajo de dos días por lo que nadie tenía efectivo y no pudimos dejar propina.

The restaurant in the basement is very very good,

The hotel was beautiful; very modern and contemporary. The room was very spacious and unique, especially the bathtub! Location was perfect- close to a lot of the must see sights. Luz at the front desk was so patient and helpful.

The Mio is a truly outstanding hotel and we are so pleased that we chose the Mio Hotel for our stay in Buenos Aires. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The bed is firm and with feather pillows, you are set up for a great night’s sleep. All of the Staff Members were great and very helpful. Melina on the Reception Desk was extremely helpful and assisted us with so many of our questions. Eziquel, also went the extra distance is assisting us. Housekeeping did a magnificent job in servicing our room. The breakfast in the Verdot Restaurant is superb and there is a wide choice of hot and cold foods. Also the waitstaff in Verdot were excellent, with special mention for Axel, who assisted us every morning with our coffee orders. Lzuya, Zoe and Meli, were always so pleasant on a morning and assisted us with our breakfasts. The Mio is set in a great location in Recoleta, with easy walking to nearby cafes, shops and restaurants.

I loved the hotel room and the spa. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I needed to microwave my dinner and the staff helped me since my room did not have one

This hotel is beautiful and very clean with very comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with several options. The wine bar was also excellent. The location is very convenient as it’s a few minutes walk to shopping, restaurants, and Recoleta Cemetery.

Front desk staff was amazing

This property is located in the safe Recoleta area with cafes, shopping, and restaurants in every direction. The famous cemetery Eva Peron (Evita) is in is within comfortable walking distance. We used Cabify to get around town - easy access to Palmero and San Telmo. We were comfortable walking to cafes and restaurants. Mio ambience is peaceful and tranquil. The staff was always there to help - really caring staff. When I asked for something to be completed they handled. Room was as described. Our room needed attention to the super unique tub but nothing serious. Property was as described but the staff is the added plus of staying there.

Beautiful boutique hotel. The junior suite was large and luxuriously appointed. The staff could not have been nicer, from the front desk to the breakfast and bar staff to the cleaning staff. The included breakfast was outstanding, the lunch offerings were likewise excellent and RUFINO, the restaurant at the hotel was amazing. The steak and the flan were incredible. We will clearly stay there again when we return to Buenos Aires in the future!!

We loved this hotel! Our suite was beautiful and spacious, the location was excellent, the staff friendly and helpful breakfast was good and the bar was fun on our first night at the hotel. Mio Buenos Aires is an excellent value for the money and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great to see Buenos Aires especially the Recoleta cemetery and Ateneo bookstore. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our stay.

We also loved the recommendation booklet they gave us when we checked in. They really go above and beyond to make your whole trip to Buenos Aires great overall!

Mio is a top notch boutique hotel in all respects from location to customer service. It is evident from the moment you walk into the lobby and the doorman opens the very tall door for you and the well-dressed staff greet you from the front desk. We stayed here 5 nights and we only have great reviews about this unique place. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. The room was clean and modern. The handcrafted wood tub was the highlight. The restaurant on the lower floor has amazing service and food and wine. Even the hotel bar serves up delicious empanadas and homemade soup. Most reviews are about the place which there is a lot on this hotel, but we thought to share a story about the staff who is the spirit and who make this hotel worth staying here rather than anywhere else. On our 1st day we arrived before check-in. The manager, Andreas gave us vouchers for their complimentary breakfast, placed our luggage in the safe room and scheduled a massage for us while we waited. The Spa upstairs is beautiful and clean and the massage therapists were professional and skilled. Communication here is through Whatsapp as like most places in Argentina. Our questions were always answered quickly. This was clutch on many occasions. The best story we have is when Andreas helped us transfer about 10 wine bottles from the airport we had brought from Mendoza back to the hotel without us! Best Hotel and staff in Buenos Aires.
