We booked suite lake wakatipu but was given standard type of room, we complained and was finally given suite lake wakatipu room after an argument, male indian duty manager’s service was bad.

Beautiful hotel, perfect at all for family vacation

This is the best hotel we stayed during our trip to New Zealand. They have upgraded our room into 2 (two) bed residence, which is super spacious room, also two bathroom inside. Very clean and comfort. Located on the Wakatipu Lake side, the view from our balcony is unforgettable for me. Breakfast is delicious on Wakatipu Grill, we have a lot choice of meal. Their staff and housekeeping performes excellent service, very helpful. Surely we will back to Hilton whenever we going Quennstown in the future. Thank you Hilton Hotel, for making our holiday was so memorable !
