Terrible experience with this resort. Very slow and complicated check in process. Always let guests wait for long time for gulf car, let guests walk to the room that far from the receiption, even we have new born babies. Staff talk bad things about guests (in Thai Language) and they think that we don't understand. Poor them, I totally understand Thai, but I prefer using English. Never come back.

I love it, beach front location. Satisfied swimming in the large swimming pool. nice view room. Enjoy the jacuzzi. food lots of choices. friendly service. satisfied lah.

5 star hotel with 5 star hospitality, clean and spacious room. Very good customer service and we had a great stay .The pool is fantastic for the kids with slide pool and travel along the river pool with floats.

The room looks old. The tap water is yellowish in color. Air is loud and dripping. Not worth the money lost
