Great customer service! Beautiful hotel

Had to cancel my trip giving 4 days notice due to my son falling ill. The front office and management showed zero compassion or understanding and would not provide a refund under these exceptional circumstances. Unbecoming of a supposedly 5 sta property. I would avoid this place.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The breakfast that they serve is large with a lot of variety. They cater to many types of dietary needs. But the best part of our stay was the staff. They were the most friendly and attentive hotel staff we have ever had. Amazing people - would highly recommend to anyone!

Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, and a beautiful view of the Grand Canal. We loved all of the family-owned surrounding restaurants. Steps away from the #2 boat bus line if you prefer to get around that way.

Rachel’s was amazing and very helpful. Attic sweet was perfect and service was impeccable. Concierge went out of their way to get us tickets to the Doges palace and set us up for Gondola rides the following morning. Will definitely suit and stay here again
