Nadja was extremely helpful but the other staff seemed lacking in communication especially to English speakers

We needed a place for an overnight layover and this fit the bill. Proximity to the mall was a plus but we dined in and that was very reasonable and the drinks were nice

I wasn’t disappointed with my choice. I would always chooses here for my family whenever visiting Panamá. Room service is 5 star my kids loved the food and enjoyed using the pool. Keep up the great work.

Quickest checkin i ever had. Internet didn’t work with our last name and room number as indicated at checkin. Room is aged but wasn’t uncomfortable but would be a good idea to update furniture and bathroom.

This is my second stay at the hotel. The location is convenient as it is close to the airport and is next to a mall, in the event you are interested in shopping. The staff are quiet helpful. The rooms are somewhat dated as the cover to the points on the wall fell off when i went to charge my phone. Also, the doors locks needs replacing as it seem not to close properly.

Lovely hotel in a great and safe location

Very clean everywhere. Friendly and professional staff. Room was spacious, bathroom clean, breakfast served hot. Good sheets, towels, window treatments. Pool and surrounding area better than expected. Would return!

Rundown. When I got off the elevator the lighting in the hallways was like it out of a horror movie, and with black plastic on a bunch of doors I guess they were being upgraded but they were unlocked and one was slightly ajar across from my room. Idk it just felt spooky like anyone could have been hiding in it. The floors are secure though. Idk. The floor I was on was just spooky. And the room was rundown in appearance. But clean and no bugs!

Property was good - just like any other Courtyard Marriott. Location is convenient. The only real issue was that I was told there were no available rooms when I showed up with no reservation. Standing at the front desk I showed the employee that there were rooms available in Expedia - he told me I was wrong. I booked through Expedia right in front of him and all of a sudden there was an available room when I showed him the confirmation.

The staff and restaurants in the hotel were amazing the pool was awesome

It was a very nice place to stay the customer service was excellent, I would recommend it to anyone that is going to Panama
