Excellent location near Geneva airport. Property and pool are gorgeous with boat shuttle to downtown area. Every member of the staff was wonderful and the resort dining options are outstanding.

Incredible customer service, with amazing food in the restaurants and a really nice swimming pool area. Also the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt like a new person afterwards! Less than 10 minutes drive from the airport, makes this a convenient place to stay , but also feel nicely away from the city. There is a train station opposite with very cheap tickets to travel around (compared to UK prices), much cheaper than getting a taxi. Only downside is most of the hotel has really nice smells, however around reception it can smell quite strongly of cigarettes , as there is a smoking room nearby.

Fantastic resort close to Geneva. In line with the "La Reserve" luxury hotels. Everything is about subtile luxury, in the details. The spa itself is with the trip.

A beautiful hotel, just the perfect place to be on hot summer days as the pools are amazing. So many free activities offered to guests. The food was delicious. And the service top. Highly recommend

Top class hotel with great service. You pay for it but it delivers!

pool was out of order. for an expensive/5 star hotel not cool.

The staff was not friendly or helpful. There was no turn down service, coffee maker did not work, tv only goes up to a low volume and pool not pretty.

Lovely hotel and wonderful for kids! Given that it’s 5 star hotel, I would just improve on the cleanliness in the rooms but other than that it’s a great hotel.
