The room is spotless and the staff are wonderful. The location is fantastic.

El desayuno no estuvo bien, no había hielos, leche,pan dulce etc Siempre estaban cortos de algo y la fruta muy cocida parecía de varios días.

Always a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is located in the Golden Zone so expect it to be noisy, Mazatlan is party central. Lots of dining, shopping and the beach is in walking distance. Great stay and great value. Clean rooms and lobby is spotless.

On our first night we found bed bugs on our bed. And on my husband. That basically affected our whole stay. We were not refunded nor did Expedia or the hotel try to solve this. The did switch our room but it just makes you feel uncomfortable experiencing something like that. Breakfast is not that great. The only good thing is the location if you don’t mind noise and not being beach front. And the hot dog guy outside but he’s not party of the hotel. The reviews honestly fooled me and I could’ve paid the same somewhere better.

Loved the breakfast! Eggs,frijoles,pastries,tortillas,fresh fruit,granola,yogurt,decent coffeer and more!

The room was very clean

Pet friendly is a must. Safety and secure parking were great. A coffee maker in the room was important. The pool water temperature was warm and very enjoyable after a long day of traveling. A good way to relax one’s body. The full buffet breakfast was a wonderful way to start our day since we were to be driving seven hours to our next hotel. Unfortunately, the location was not easy to find, even using GPS. We ultimately had to have a taxi guide us to it.

The maintenance personnel keep the hotel very clean all the time, inside and out. Very nice people in all areas, front desk, cleaning people, security, during breakfast. Only suggestion is please keep ice maker with ice all the time. We got ice one day and another day it was empty. It is August and it is very hot, but AC in the room was great.

Excellent front desk service! Receptionist were very helpful!

Located in a very convenient area, about a 5 min walk to the beach. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and very friendly. Lots of dining options within a walking distance and transport is available everywhere. We stayed during the eclipse days and even though it was busy, we received great service and had a very pleasant stay! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel near the water.

Property is an older building. The city of Mazatlan is noisy and you could hear it all night in the room. The room was clean. Most of the staff made the stay pleasant. The night receptionist was very short tempered and not pleasant at all.
