Very welcoming staff, nice service. However, no minibar nor smart Tv in the room for such hotel, it's a big handicap.

We picked this hotel as it was advertised to have an electric car charger . It did not . We were told we could charge our car at the Hospital somewhere down the road .

It’s cheap and convenient for a stopover to the alps. The staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom could do with attention. There is a significant amount of mould and staining in the shower which is unpleasant.

Pauline and Sheefa were simply magnificent! Gave us great recommendations for what to see in our one night we were staying in Lyon. Directions to use public transportation were perfect and easy to follow. Hotel was very clean and accessible to the Metro transport.

Staff all very friendly and very helpful. Tram station is literally a 2 minute walk and takes about 40 mins to get into Lyon (2 euros), absolutely amazing service with a T2 tram about every 10 mins. Hotel is a 10 minute walk from a lovely large shopping centre with numerous cafe / bars and restaurants. Hotel is in a lovely position overlooking a lake. Absolutely loved our stay here.
