Excellent option in SP…. Staff r friendly, hotel is clean and in a safe area of SP.. breakfast is excellent!! I would stay again.

It is very nice overall

The room key also serves as elevator access key. The magnetic strip on tbe key failed on every single occasion I attempted to use it. This is annoying—my workaround was to just take the emergency stairs. It’s doable if you are on floors 3-5 and in decent shape. Breakfast was included and it’s decent.

Amazing staff and beautiful hotel. Delicious breakfast and incredible restaurant and bar. Friendly staff such as Fernando, Inácio and Jandi. I have a guest for years and will certainly return every time I visit São Paulo in Brazil.

This hotel has a nice location and has all needed services for a short trip. Be aware of the elevators because the card reading system is really weird.

Outdated bedroom

Great location near very good restaurants/bars and close to shopping venues. In a complete different subject, had to carefully adjust hot and water every time, otherwise my stay was really pleasant. The staff was attentive and very courteous. I will be back.

Overall great hotel with a nice location. Big supermarket and shopping mall near by. 10 minutes walk to paulista. Facility and service is great. Breakfast is good but may be too much for more than 2-3 days. Great hotel

Very centrally located. 10 min walk from carrefour. 10 min drive from Ave Paulista. Ok breakfast. Noce staffs.

The food in the restaurant is disgusting. My 6 year old granddaughter could do a better job….

Hotel was excellent. My one complaint is that the restaurant/room service was very bad. I’m not sure who the chef is but food is almost always overcooked or the dishes are smothered in fats….

if you pay with USA credit card for stay will be ripped off because they pay miserable conversion dollar to real. no good for foreigner to stay unless you pay with Brazilian currency
