The propertyy was great. Communications with Roomo before arrival was poor. I was worried we would arrive and not be able to get in. I did not know there would be someone at the desk to check us in. I had the impression we would need a number code (which was promised but never was sent me) to get in to the building. This was not a good feeling. BUT once we arrived, all of my anxiety melted away. There was excellent staff to help us.

Terrible. Only good things were that it is cheap, the shower pressure is great and laundry was fast and cheap. The room is so old, the bed and pillows super uncomfortable, the AC super cold and no way to turn it down, the TV does not work, it is super noisy and they do not even have a hair dryer.

Great location. Great space. Recommend

It was in a great location in the city.

NO HUBO LUZ EN LOS 3 DIAS, NO INTERNET, NO SERVICIOS DE LUZ, Y NO FUERON PARA DECIR QUE ESTABAN BONIFICANDO O POR LO MENOS LA DISCULPA.

Excellent hotel in a lovely area of São Paulo! Would definitely stay here again. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Pool looked clean and inviting. Room was a little older, but clean and well-provisioned. Sofa bed wasn’t in great shape, but fine for a child to sleep on. Stayed here with kids, and felt very comfortable in the neighborhood, lots of grocery stores and restaurants; felt very comfortable walking around after dark.

Roomo are a terrible operating company. They are disorganized and poor communicators. Despite providing information they needed and confirming with their staff, they harassed us during our stay and even kicked us out of one of the rooms we booked despite confirming our stay. The staff at reception are powerless as the property is ‘managed’ by people not on site and only available by WhatsApp. Avoid this company otherwise you risk a bad trip just like ours was.

Decent. Could use a renovation, but for the price it works.

The hotel and stuff are superb, very nice and helpful.. the apartment needs a good clean, specially in the bathrooms walls, they are dirty specially the in suit bathroom, the tiles and between the tiles need a good scrub and a strong cleaning solution.. everything else was perfect. People great, breakfast very nice and we will be back

The property was very good, the employees were nice and friendly, and my apartment was excellent, but they should serve a more healthy breakfast. I did not like the presentation or the choices of food. Other than that, the place was really very good.

Good location Old fashion, just microwave, sink and small fridge. Impossible to cook. Could not plug the TV. Amazing breakfast 1st floor.

Great value for money. Super location. Lots of walking possible. The finished are clean and fresh, but not 5 star. But then again it is better than a 3 star place so really a welcome experience compared to high prices , low value at other places. People We’re super helpful too. nicer than the trans America at Congonhas. I am going back

Nice simple Hotel. Has separate bedroom from living room. very complete breakfast buffet as long hours. Friendly helpful staff. Busy City but relatively quiet location

Great neighborhood. Quiet hotel, a bit on the old side but fine. Internet very speedy compared to other hotels in the area.
