The hotel staff was very helpful and very friendly, but the room was not as shown in the photo. The heater suddenly turned off and had to go to the receptionist again to ask for it to be reset. The room window was not well-sealed so there was a lot of condensation pooling on the window. I was afraid that the heater attached to the wall would short circuit because there was water on it. I booked a standard king room facing the stadium, the sound from the stack cafe could be heard all the way to the room. So if you don't like to hear noise, avoid the one facing the stadium. In the traveloka photo, the room looks spacious and bright with a bench at the end of the bed. But in reality the room is very small. Tends to be dim. Toilet tissue is not refilled

Nice hotel, fast check in and very close to new castle uni and mall. We attended graduation of my daughter just walking distance. The breakfast is standard and may be better put more salad bar. To those foot ball goers the stadium just next door
