I'm not happy with the restaurant service. Too much delay from order to get the plate in the table and, also, the food was bad for the price that paid. Amazing pool and excelent custemer service.

The room and the facilities in general are old, but the pool is excellent, also the facilities for kids aré very good.

The service was not good at this place. The rooms lacked basic amenities. There was no chair only a bed, their was no iron, instead though they would iron your clothes for a fee. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have an iron, or a chair, or hangers. I ordered room service and it was supposed to be an sandwich with egg meat, cheese. Instead what they sent me was a essentially a grilled cheese, with the meat and the egg served on the side. I speak Portuguese so I know that this is not what I was supposed to get. The only water that was available for washing and showering was scalding hot, there was no cold water. The pool is nice but for a business traveller I’d never stay here again.

Sparse by American standards but overall was good.

The hotel transfer us to other hotel far from Rafain about 20km and lower category. It was a trouble as the congress was running in Rafain. They said they had a problem with the room. They only provide one room for the last night only because I complained. They should pay attention on the needs of the guests.

The hotel was okay, but it was the wrong one. I thought I was booking Rafain Centro, in the center of town, but it turned out that I booked Rafain Palace, several kilometers from the center. The hotel was okay, but not what I thought I was getting, and not at all the location that I wanted.

This stay in November 2014 was in connection with a conference, otherwise I might have chosen a more central hotel. The hotel is fine if one has a rented car. The hotel lobby and restaurant and pool area were truly very nice, but our room - 342 - was very musty (damp and somewhat smelly) and rather dark even in the middle of the day because of trees outside the balcony. Our swimsuits would not dry there.

The hotel is currently in the midst of a major renovation and upgrade. I think that it was probably nice in the past but the decor was dated and would love to see what they do with it.The service was great and with an updated look this place could be truly nice. Breakfast was good each morning.

A cama é de mola. A manopla do chuveiro estava estragada no quarto 420, assim como o ar condicionado estava completamente PRECARIO, fazendo muito barulho por estar com as aletas quebradas. Controle da tv estragado tb.

Melhor hotel de Foz do Iguaçu! Quartos confortáveis, super limpos, infraestrutura do hotel é maravilhosa com piscinas, área de lazer completa, academia etc. E com certeza tem o melhor café da manhã da região. Funcionários são super atenciosos e gentis. Recomendo muito este hotel e voltarei lá mais vezes.

Adoramos a estadia, tudo muito limpo e confortável, atendimento maravilhoso.

Boa acomodação, poderia ter estacionamento coberto e a piscina que dizem ser aquecida nunca está aquecida msm em dias de calor e sol

Tudo ótimo, só a piscina que sempre fria msm eles falando que é aquecida, mesmo em dias de sol está morna para menos
