Everything you want in a B and B from the welcome to the great breakfast. We only have 2 concerns, the room was rather hot so would be really hot middle of summer. One of the reasons we booked as it advertised onsite parking. We were sent an email after booking that advised people who booked direct with them and not through a third party like hotels.com had priority, this left a bad taste for us, otherwise we would highly recommend. Best breakfast offered.

It was an ideal place for our stay in Cardiff, 5 min walk from the cricket ground. Hotel was clean and tidy, comfortable and did a wonderful breakfast to set us up for the day. My wife left her car keys spare set, in the room and reception called us to let us know and they packed them up and got them returned to us via courier service. Would we stay again, most definitely. Thanks for everything. 5 ⭐️ rating from us.

Lovely hotel, comfy bed, great breakfast but the toilet is very small and hard to sit on apart from that amazing

A very nice, clean and accessible hotel with comfortable bed, freshly made breakfast and friendly staff.

The room was small and very hot as at the top of the hotel. No lift and had to climb with case up 3 flights. Not a kingsize room although we paid extra for this. Bed not particulary king either

Lack of car parking space on the odd occasion.

Lovely quaint hotel, facilities were impeccable, lovely room, bathroom was clean, plenty of towels. Room itself, bed was comfortable, access to good bedside lighting, coffee and tea making facilities, TV, Wi-Fi, Close proximity of the castle/principality stadium

A good hotel, clean rooms, excellent Cooked breakfast with 8 or 9 free parking spaces. Perfect location to walk to sophia gardens to watch Glamorgan cricket about 7 minutes.9. No lift unfortunately the only negative.

Wonderful location for getting around Cardiff. Nite park and the castle very close by.

Lovely and quiet. Very private

The bed & Breakfast atmosphere was excellent. The rooms were clean, secured 24/7, including parking. And, the authentic Welsh breakfast was wonderful. Additionally, staff went out of their way to notify, pack and ship a computer tablet that we left behind. The manager Carl was professional, competent and just plain nice! All in all, a quality experience worthy of a repeat visit.

The room was comfortable but for what we paid, and I understand that the prices were bumped up for the rugby, there were long, dark hairs on the bathroom tiles and at the end of the bath, no shelf to put bottles on in the shower and the loo leaked. The fan in the room is covered in dust on the blade and the casing. Breakfast was great but the two young waitresses maybe need to keep the chatting to a minimum when guests can overhear

The shower tap, It's was a challenge to function, very hard

Two turn of the 20th century houses converted to a very pleasant hotel.

Great location! Room was comfortable and nicely done; the bathroom lacked stable shelf space but was otherwise just fine. Breakfast is well done (and crowded on the weekend!) and the free off street parking is a huge plus!

Lincoln House hotel is a well located property in Cardiff. It's walking distance to Bute Park, the castle, and central shopping and dining area. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast, included in room rate, is good. The rooms are spacious, but decor is tired and needs updating. Towels are thin, no robes provided, paint is peeling, corners are dusty. Expedia rates are significantly higher than if booked directly with hotel.

Nice B&B hotel with great location, close to sights and restaurants. The area is lovely. Our room was nice, on the 3rd. floor. Breakfast was good for the most part.

The hotel and staff were amazing - beautiful setting and city centre a lovely 20-30 minute walk away
