1. We checked in after midnight and request 2 single bed and staff notice it but when they brought us to first room it was single king size bed then we need to move to other room. 2. After we moved to second room about 1 hours we realized the air condition didn't work then we called to the lobby to fix it but they could not fixed and asked us to moved with our luggage but we refused because it too late night and we repack our luggage. Finally we moved to third room to sleep with room which air condition working and come back to shower in second room which air condition didn't working in the morning. How terrible!

น้ำฝักบัวเป็นแบบโยกเพือ่ปรับส่วนผสมของน้ำร้อนกับน้ำเย็น แต่มีปัญหาปรับให้อุ่นไม่ได้เลย มีแต่ร้อนไปหรือเย็น คาดว่าน่าจะเป็นเพราะเครื่องทำน้ำร้อนมีกำลังสูงเกินไป ถ้าเปิดน้ำร้อนแรงก็จะทำงานทำให้น้ำร้อนเกินไป ถ้าโยกให้น้ำเย็นผสมก็จะทำให้น้ำอุ่นไหลเบาจนตัดไฟของเครื่อง น้ำเลยเย็น ขอเสนอแนะทางแก้ไขดังนี้ 1. ถ้าเป็นเครื่องทำน้ำร้อนแบบใช้ไฟ 3 เฟส อาจตัดไฟออกเหลือเพียง 1-2 เฟส ลองดูให้ได้น้ำอุ่นพอดี แต่ละห้องอย่าตัดเฟสเดียวกัน บาลานซ์โหลดให้ดี 2. ถ้าเป็นเครื่องที่ใช้ไฟเฟสเดียว อาจติดตั้งเครื่องหรี่ไฟเพื่อลดกำลังของเครื่องทำน้ำร้อนลง 2 วิธีนี้น่าจะช่วยประหยัด ไม่ต้องเปลี่ยนเครื่องทำน้ำร้อนใหม่
