Everything was absolutely fabulous except from the bed mattresses which need changing, they are terrible.

This property was above and beyond our expectations. The pool are was phenomenal. We spent most of our days relaxing by the pools. The hotel also offered beach access that you could easily walk to. The rooftop bar was breathtaking with scenic views of the city. The free breakfast was amazing. A plethora of options of food to start the day. I found myself loading my plates with new foods every morning while sitting on the outdoor balcony and enjoying the views. It was close walking distance to bars and restaurants as well. We had a huge balcony in our room too. Everything we could have hoped for and more!

Staff friendly, location on top of steep hill. Be ready to walk steep hill to get to hotel. Parking is available but 23$ USD a day and you have to shotgun it in the morning before 9. Air conditioning was dysfunctional, I’d set it for 22 degrees but it would freeze us overnight. On her second tours of room service, our roomservice lady didn’t mop. Other than that, nothing to say.

The room are not sound proof at all. You could easily hear next room talking.We had to pay more than 100 euros extra to change the room into the main building which was more soundproof.The breakfast and dinner was great. The view from balcony is great. Night entertainment was great. Food in the bar very good. It is a short walk to the beach. Not so many dinnig and shopping near the hotel. Transport is not very easy best option would be taxi.

This hotel is overrated! Bed is very hard, you are given 1 ½ pillows ( 1 full pillow and a ½ pillow) per bed, 2 towels to be used in the room and the pool, (if you want another towel you need to exchange your wet towel for a clean towel), hotel only offers buffet dinner which is just okay, (no room service and limited shop closes early), bar offers very limited choices ( maybe 6-8 cocktail drinks). The shops and restaurants are located 10 minutes away via a steep hill. Lounge chairs are limited by the pool. The only beach is a very tiny rocky area. One good thing is the hotel is clean. I am not sure how this place is so well rated....

The hotell was fantastic except the beds which was so hard. Every morning when we woke up, we couldn’t move, we had bad pain in our bodys.

Ein "angebliches" 4 Sterne Hotel welches viel Geld für das Ausleihen von Pool Handtüchern verlangt hat keine Sterne verdient. Das geht gar nicht !!!!

The hotel was amazing, we loved dinner and breakfast. Our room was so clean. Only issue is parking around the area. If you go the area on peak season, parking is going to be nightmare. But i highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel, it was modern and clean with a lovely breakfast buffet that was included with our stay. Not far from the beach, the views are fab from the pool and the cocktails were also lovely.

It’s really very good hotel, especially because people that working there really now how to work, all employees very friendly and helpful ❤️🥹 food in restaurant was very tasty, and room was very clean and good 😊 view on the sea from the swimming pool, restaurant, bar, room brilliant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very disappointed with my stay. The staff were unfriendly and did not allow me to bring my girlfriend to my room just because she was not checked in, even though she only planned to stay for a short visit and then leave. She lives in Spain, so it was very unfortunate that I couldn’t have her as a guest, especially considering the high price I paid for my stay (almost 30,000 SEK). For the cost, I expected more flexibility and better service.

We really enjoyed the ocean view/access as well as the many breakfast options.

Loved this hotel, picked it for the views and we weren’t disappointed! Staff and general atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We were a party of 6 and all agreed we’d stay here again if in Palma:Magaluf

Amazing buffet selection of foods & beautiful dining room, both inside & outside. Room fairly minimalist like a cruise ship, but super comfy however, if your neighbours are noisy, the noise carries through. Spectacular views & close to the beaches & the pool is more for suntanning!! Beautiful hotel! 💛🏖️🇪🇸

The view was amazing and the staff were so welcoming and helpfull. The breskfast and dinner were lovely and had planty of options. The room was beautiful and really fresh. The cleaning was really good in every area including the room. Pool area had lovely sunbeds and the pool was fresh. The gym had good air condition and everything you need to create a good workout.

Nice enough place. Not sure it's a four star as much as a three star with a lot more staff. Most staff are nice, some are not.
