In general, my experience was pleasant. The rudeness I encountered at the front desk when dealing with the older woman who was working there was a dissapointment.

Staying at Hotel Movich is one of the best experiences for any tourist visiting Medellín. Its proximity to José María Córdova International Airport makes transportation especially convenient, particularly for those looking to avoid traffic into the city. In my case, as I usually travel for specific purposes such as dental appointments, visits to shopping centers, or dining in El Poblado staying here allows me to return easily and always feel safe. The hotel’s restaurants are exceptional, the service is outstanding, and the rooms are impeccably maintained. I highly recommend it. In general, “paisas” are incredibly polite, warm, and always ready to provide excellent service

Everything was awesome, just please put some important attention to the Refresheners, some of the rooms smells like something old or storage for long term.

A very good airport hotel with a pool, a kids play area with pool and table tennis and excellent food in the restaurant. That there were beautiful peacocks walking around the property was a surprising bonus.

Check in went extremely well and fast ! Everyone was so very friendly! The staff went above and beyond to try to help ! The food was delicious nd prices were within my budget! The room was very nice and clean ! The morning service was above excellent!! The night staff were very attentive to my request and my needs ! They helped me with my breakfast my shuttle to the airport and they were so very friendly and willing to help in my situation of being handicapped! I can’t say enough about this hotel !! It is my second stay and this is why I came back because of how much they care about there clients! If you want a star rating it goes well above a standard 5-10 it is above 100 💥. Hotel rooms are clean in excellent condition. The beds were comfortable and the front desk. Staff were helpful with all of our needs.
