They were re modeling the property, all in all not bad… great breakfast tooo.

Great location near the train station and good restaurants, hot breakfast, public bath and pajamas to wear around the hotel. The Route Inn was everything we needed for our visit to Morioka.

I just want to say thank you to manager who helped me out during a severe rainstorm and was very helpful with translation as well. My original hotel cancelled my reservation, after I had a calm and restful stay at route inn ekimae. It was meant to be... to stay at a better hotel.

Near train station, 4 minutes walk. Breakfast good. Nearby Matsuya . Easy access to Fesan mall with many restaurants, groceries and dry goods stores.

Hotel reception staff had no record of my confirmed and prepaid Expedia reservation resulting in a lengthy discussion and a highly inconvenient delay at reception.

The mattress is rock hard and accordingly had a horrible night of sleep - the most important aspect a hotel stay. A comfortable mattress topper would make this a much better hotel. Otherwise, slightly above-average hotel.

The hotel is by the train and bus station and it’s convenient. Hotel service is good and our stay is comfortable.

I would say it's a good value for the money. The location is great, right across the street of the train station and is in walking distance to good restaurants. The public bath is also good and clean. The room is a bit small but okay for the money (we stayed in a twin bed room). Breakfast buffet was okay but you have good choices of foods. The bad thing was that the elevators smelled. And the Wi-Fi connection was really weak on the higher floor and the side rooms.

WiFi Internet connection is awful! The hotel should sort it out immediately!! Otherwise, I will not stay here anymore for business and will not take my colleagues here!!!!!

Location excellent near to shinkansen station. Room is very standard, breadfast better then expected with many changes in dishes over 4 days. Onsen is simple n ample. Staff at reception and room service are professional. Given the price, I would give it good stay n will repeat my stay.

Comfortable business hotel. Everyone on staff was very helpful. Convenient location for us. Nice to have large bath on 14th floor. Breakfast was excellent, with a new variety of western and Japanese food each day.

Easy access being very close to the train station. Rooms are very clean. Hotel doesn't seem to be too old. There is a restaurant located on site which is good. The hotels Wifi was not working at all and the Lan connection was not working at all either. So having to internet connection was very inconvenient.
