Good buffet breakfast. Nice bar by the pool

Background noise despite being on the highest floor, was inexplicably high owing to the neighbouring hotel's generator. Putting on the AC increased this noise even further. Friday night traffic was directly emmitted into the room as the windows are poorly insulative. Breakfast included was limited in its vegetarian options and even worse in vegan. My last day, i was left without water to flush the toilet. Despite this i must state, that every single member of staff was responsive, hard-working, friendly and helpful!

This property is clean nice and well take off, that's what I love from best Western they have nice and Clean Hotels a very great price!!

Stayed in November and the toilet broke. Thought we would give it another shot and this time the toilet leaked all over the floor and had to switch rooms. Was not as nice a room as we had in November. Feels like a old hotel that needs some major updates. For a Best Western it was disappointing that both times we stayed we had issues.

Property well cared for with friendly staff ! Pool not heated , would been nice to have snack shack by pool area ! Our stay was overall good .

The property was in a good location but is an older hotel.We noticed only 3 or 4 other couples staying there.it will only a matter of time when it will be replaced everything around is newer .We stayed 2nights then moved to our timeshare at the El CID 2 doors down

All was great. Some issues with the elevator but nothing critical.

Quaint hotel in prime area of Mazatlan.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property. It was centrally located in the Zona Dorada.

The staff is very friendly

Front staff was a bit rude, they didn’t like the fact I booked through Expedia. We didn’t use the amenities but did take a look around. The pool looked nice but nice. With beach front access. Our rooms were ok, beds were decent. They however were not clean. The floors were dirty, bathrooms/showers were dirty. Told the front desk but they kindove jiat shrugged it off. They do make you have a $500 Peso CASH deposit which was not something I’m used to. I did get it back after I check out of the room and they sent someone to go check the room before letting us leave. I don’t know, it was just an uncomfortable visit. They made me feel like I was untrustworthy. It’s a shame, the hotel has potentiom, but I wouldn’t go back just because of how the customer experience was.

Great service

The personnel of the cafeteria weren't pleasant. They were on their phone most of the time. they are too young. The food was terrible., the rooms where too dark not enough light. They don't clean the rooms every day. On our first day the bathroom floor had blood stains from before. This was my second time there, but this time was too much of a difference from before. Sorry for my comments but when I travel I like to rest in a clean place.

The coffee machine did not work. The room was not clean. Check in time was at 3 pm however, the room was not clean when we came to the room at 5:30 pm. We still had to wait 45 minutes to get it cleaned. For compensation, we got an additional 30 minutes for checking out. The nice thing was being able to leave the car parked outside with vigilance. There’s cameras everywhere.

It was a small authentic Mexican Beach Front Hotel that had everything to suit all are needs. The Buffett breakfast's was always good. It had Best Western Standards that provided good economics.
